This store facilitates Amazon returns and they are ALWAYS busy. I have found they do a very good job moving people through. I've visited dozens of time and don't have a negative thing to say - but do be aware that due to the volume of customers you may have to wait a bit. Staff is friendly and businesslike. read more

Obtained a PMB in late October at the Silver Parkway Store. So far, they have lost or misdirected two international packages needed for our business. (Out of a total of 4.) Global Parcel Tracking and USPS tracking have the most recent package delivered to UPS within the past week, to be put in my POB. Now they say they have no record of the package and a"too bad, so sad" attitude. I do not recommend this particular UPS store. read more

Went in to ship a package and there was a line 4 deep waiting for the three shipping clerks to service their customers. A woman who pulled up in a black Lincoln Navigator (almost hitting us) and parked right in front of the store in a no parking zone and left her car running. She walked in after us with two torn packages and immediately went to the clerk who had just finished helping a customer. She skipped ahead of the other four people in line and was taken care of by the clerk who had to take the time to repackage her shipment. Long story short after we complained they told us they would not provide us service if we did not stop complaining. When finally we reached an available clerk the computer froze up and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes before my transaction was completed. Overall it took me 30 minutes to mail one package. I will never return to this store. read more

Tracking on a recently sent package (via UPS) appeared not to be valid but store was closed so I thought I couldn't check into it until morning when the store reopened. I sent a FB message to the store's page so it could be addressed the next morning (in all honesty, it was mostly for myself as a reminder). To my surprise, store person Kathy, messaged me within minutes, did what she could to check into things, assured me she'd follow through first thing in the morning and sure enough, got a message this morning - even before my first coffee! Today I was in your store. In the morning a very kind girl who I don't remember her name was taking care of me. Behind me a new customer arrived and there was another employee the I assume by the name tag is the you can tell was the manager of the store. He proceeds to call the client. Which kindly replies that she would wait for the girl who was serving me. The manager responded to this customer in a completely attacking and disrespectful tone. I get the impression that if this manager treats a client like that, I can't imagine how he will be treating the employees. I want to add the this manager left the employee completely alone for a few minutes. Within that, the same client let another client pass who was waiting for someone else to attend him and ended up being attended by the same employee who was attending me. In my personal opinion, this manager should be removed from his position since he makes the company look very bad and bad customer service. I remember before there was a curly-haired manager who was always on the lookout for her employees if they needed anything. But from what I witnessed today, I would say that this manager lacks too much training to be in that position. read more

I have paid thousands of dollars over the years to ship with UPS, the ONE TIME I hire them to wrap something delicate it was completely destroyed because it was not packed properly. Their advertisements say to trust them with your items...please...what they don't tell you is, they are not professional packing people and you will not get back your money, in my case $4,000 and I've been waiting over two months! Because they use a 3rd party insurance company that won't return calls, emails, give false contact information and all to delay. I had to pay my customer back $4,000 yet I have no product and no money. I have been patient and even kind but I would NEVER trust them to wrap anything special again. Next...is Small Claims, perhaps they will answer a lawsuit. -unhappy customer. read more

I've been shipping stuff with the UPS store for more than five years and I've always had great experiences with the service and staff. I have family that live in the Fenton area and when i visit for the holidays i inevitably need to ship some gifts home afterwards. The staff have always helped me pack my stuff and I've never had anything break (even a fancy glass lamp shade!) I used their printing services for my wedding a few years ago and my wife and I were super pleased. We told the owner, Les, what we had in mind for menus, table signs, name cards, etc. He worked with our theme and walked us through what ideas would work and wouldn't regarding how things are printed. Highly recommend the staff and store if you want your stuff to arrive in one piece, or you need high quality print goods! read more

This is the only UPS store that I have Brecken been to that charges you $2.00 to tape each amazon return package. Customer service was also very poor! I understand their is a cost to doing business but the store is also getting compensated by amazon to accept packages. I also like to support local but after my experience I'll drive to a different ups store. read more

five stars!!! i'm a big fan of the ups store in fenton and especially kristen who along with her husband and children serve fenton and the surrounding areas. recently, i took my final four tickets to be shipped to minneapolis for the big game and somehow, ups lost them. mind you, ups made a mistake (not the ups store) and by the time the tickets were located , the game was over and the tickets were worthless. ups repeatedly said they were at fault but refused to take responsibility for my loss. it was frustrating to have them repeat back to me that they had made the mistake that cost me almost $1,800. it wasn't until i spoke with kristen that things started to turn around. she represented me to ups, fought my case all the way to the top and when her best efforts with them yielded no refund, she (the fenton ups store), refunded my entire loss at their expense! i'm forever a raving lunatic fan and will tell everyone who listens that you can trust the ups store and it owners as people who know how to take care of their customers like few businesses ever will. thanks for all of your help! i'm a customer for life jim wiegand fenton read more

Needed some legal documents witnessed and notarized in a pinch. The staff knew what to do and did it quickly, offering appropriate services (like mailing) to top off their great customer service. It was a really positive experience and I'll be using them in the future for business cards and other services. read more

While the employees are pleasant and take the time to explain things to you, the owner likes to jump to conclusions and defend his "kids" (his word). He stepped into a situation, where I was about ready to purchase the item I needed and advised me that I could take my business elsewhere. Was I frustrated with having to purchase a new box, because of my own error? Yes. But I feel that I have right to express that frustration. I had a pre-printed label and he still didn't seem to care. I told him I did business there on a regular basis...won't be doing that anymore. In the span of seven minute (ish), the owner called me (a 41-year-old adult) a child, when I told him he was name calling, he said that was his opinion and that everyone there would think that. He also told me that he's had a 100 people in today, being upset with his "kids" and he just happened to be here for my outburst (my word). When I said to him that he is taking all of his frustation out on me (as he wasn't around for the other people's moments), he didn't seem to think that was the case. Hey, Les' kids - I've always been happy with you and I'm sure he treats you well. A good boss is hard to find. But Les...maybe you need to learn - even after being in the business for 25 years...that your "kids" need to learn that customers are jerks. I believe what really made him mad was when I uttered an expletive (GD). And that just set him off. So, I know, good riddance to you...as you feel good riddance to me. If you MUST use the store...go when Les isn't there...he doesn't seem to understand the concept of people being frustrated OR how to appease an upset customer. Rather, he resorts to name calling and basically saying that you can't play in his sandbox. read more
