The bare minimum of work was done on my unit. And unfortunately I have since learned that I overpaid big time. The cost of my repairs elsewhere comes up at about 50% of what I paid. I felt perfectly at ease with the level of expertise Mr. Alan gave to me in his description of how he would handle my prized speakers. Will update on quality and timeliness of service received. Received speakers back roughly 1 week later, super fast turnaround. Quality of work was awesome. Very clean and steady hand. Alan also fixed a faulty voice coil lead, no extra charge! This is very welcomed and has earned a customer for a long time to come. I already have another set for Alan to refoam the surrounds.
