Dropped off the PC for a diagnostic check and didn't get two minutes down the road and it was back alive. Apparently some capacitor needed to discharge! I needed to add an application that requires Windows 11, so I took my laptop back to Network One, willing to pay the $118, and they told me on 1/27/2026 that it didn't meet the requirements for Windows 11 and I would need to purchase a new laptop. DON'T TRUST THEM! They were not willing to do anything to help me out on the price, I should have just spent the $600 at BestBuy for a new laptop less than 3 years ago and I would have been able to upgrade.
