I thought I had shorted out a Dell XPS desktop while replacing a hard drive. Would start and then just shut off. Swapped back the old drive and it just wouldn't stay on for one minute. Dropped off the PC for a diagnostic check and didn't get two minutes down the road and it was back alive. Apparently some capacitor needed to discharge! I bought a computer less than 3 years ago for $400 with specific requirements that it can be expandable/ upgradable. I needed to add an application that requires Windows 11, so I took my laptop back to Network One, willing to pay the $118, and they told me on 1/27/2026 that it didn't meet the requirements for Windows 11 and I would need to purchase a new laptop. DON'T TRUST THEM! They were not willing to do anything to help me out on the price, I should have just spent the $600 at BestBuy for a new laptop less than 3 years ago and I would have been able to upgrade. read more

My computer blew up a few weeks ago during a storm. Network One looked at it and indeed, the computer could not be salvaged. I asked if my pictures stored on the system could be retrieved. They advised they would attempt to get the pics off....and they DID!!!! 10 years of photos and memories would have been lost. The charge was $65...but to me, their service was PRICELESS! read more

My boyfriend and I took my laptop in for what we were sure it was a charging port issue. They said a free diagnostic, and they believed it would be the charging port as well. Later they told us it would take longer and we would be charged. They finally called and told us it was just the battery that everything checked out fine. We brought it home to buy a new battery only to find out the battery works fine in another laptop of the same type and the charging cord works fine too. Only thing STILL dead is my charging port. Just like we told them we believed it to be. So after a diagnosis of dead battery and paying them for an extended diagnosis because they couldn't figure it out we know for sure we were right. Will not recommend them to anyone and will never return with any of our business. Waste of money and days without my laptop. read more

I would highly recommend this establishment. He is not only good at fixing your computer but he also gave us a deal on fixing our computer that was extremely generous and kind. I brought in a laptop that I have had since 2013. I am a teacher and I used the laptop during the pandemic for online teaching. During that time the computer was having a lot of issues and then sometime at the end of teaching at home it crashed and died on me. Since the computer is so old I just thought it was done. It sat on a bench by the back door for nearly 2 years. My husband took it to Network One and they completely restored it. He put in a new hard drive and now it runs better than it did when I was using it during the pandemic. I can not believe how well it works and I also can not get over the deal he gave us on the work that he did. This is an outstanding company and we are very grateful for his kindness! I had an old Quicken program that I used on my laptop. My vista laptop died. I had an old XP computer that had the program but I forgot the password to the computer and when they finally opened it the Quicken program kept locking up.They basically upgraded my program. Made it so I can get the data that they transferred from the laptop to the XP so I can now transfer it to a Windows 7. To me the work was priceless they charged me $65.
