The blonde lady that works here has something against men and taped a label on for the girl in front of me but told me I could buy tape or go home and use my own tape to put the label on. So rather than spend $4 for tape for a label for a package I had just purchased from her I decided to choose the second option she gave me and drive home and tape the label on and drive all the way back to drop the package in the prepaid package bin. If I was taping a package closed and if she hadn't just taped the label on for the customer in front of me I wouldn't have cared so much but it was the label for a bought package and she was not friendly with me from the start. I said hello asked how she was doing and she immediately was rude with me but was nice with the female customer. Not a pleasant experience at all considering this was my first time ever meeting this employee.

There aren't too many seats available, especially ones with the washers in view. Washers were over priced ranging from upwards of $5/load (more for the larger washers). Dryers you pay by the quarter and are still reasonably priced. They have a reliable coin machine and even provide cups to help carry them to the machine. Staff seemed friendly. Signs posted for the pandemic are inaccurate and politicized, something I wish I knew before choosing to come here. I'm sure this note will specifically sway people one way or another when making the decision to use this laundromat. I know I will not be returning nor recommending.

And of all the things that could add to my conundrum this was during peak COVID season so to speak. Governor had all the stores shut and well .. here I was ! I reached out to a few jewelers who couldn't be bothered to get back to me and or couldn't work within the timeline constraints I had placed myself in ( totally get it, but hey what's a guy to do) but Rottermond saves the day. (Did i mention they came highly recommended too?) From zoom calls to FaceTime and talking me through the process and explaining every little detail as many times as I would ask them (because let's face it, this isn't an every day purchase, ) to making sure I was truly satisfied with the final product in person the staff at Rottermond went above and beyond every step of the way. I think they must have shown me close to a hundred rings going back and forth and back again before we streamlined it down to the final few and they probably did that a dozen times. The patience and professionalism they showed in understanding my decision making process cannot be commended enough. On sentimental purchases it's hard to say where price fits in but even so, Rottermonds pricing was more than fair and I could not have been happier with the outcome.
