UPS referred me back to the store, the UPS Store itself says they won't do anything for me (twice sending me instructions to initiate a claim that do not work for this situation) and hasnt' responded in more than a week since I told them for the 2nd time that those instructions do not apply, and UPS Store corporate also will not take responsibility and now also haven't responded in a week. I don't recommend this specific store, the UPS Store, or UPS if you need to make sure someone gets a package on time. TBH - if they'd just told me no refund was available, I'd have more respect than just not responding.

So I went here thinking about $40 out the door. With insurance the young man in the Northville UPS store said $80 to ship! I quoted the online price and he said this price included some sort of "warranty" and that the online rate must have been incorrect. They rip you off here IMO. We took the package to UPS service counter in Livonia and shipped it for $34.40 with $1800 insurance! I also had another experience with an electronic item a few months ago. Where it was well over $100 for what Fedex charged $80 I believe it was. Stay away.
