I needed a 16x20 print for a retirement party gift for our department's beloved former Chair, who served us for decades. FedEx charged me $20 for a product that was completely unusable due to poor print quality. When I asked for help, the staff simply blamed my file, but they completely lacked the expertise or willingness to provide any actual guidance on how we could improve the image quality from our end. Instead of helping a customer solve a problem, they took my money and left me completely stranded right before a major event. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue here. I've used this location in the past for community event materials, and the quality was consistently bad. Because this store is so close and convenient, I really wanted to be able to use them, but after so many bad experiences and zero effort to help a customer in a pinch, I plan to never enter this store again. Thankfully, another company (Dollar Bill Printing) was able to take the exact same file, instantly catch what needed to be fixed, and print it flawlessly same day. They even drove to our office to hand deliver it. If you need professional-grade printing, helpful staff, or reliable service for an important event, I recommend avoiding this FedEx location.

I'm not socially ignorant and I was not being rude. I really mean it. I was very polite. I also NEVER leave negative reviews as I understand the impact they have on a business and that people sometimes have bad days. The last three times I've been there have been atrocious and I feel the need to advise choosing another location. I wish the best for the employees there but as a customer I have not been treated well, even remotely, and I will be going to another location. Also, $190 to ship a catalog? There may actually be something wrong with the computers.

This review is for Northville UPS office on Cadycentre.  I…read moremade a notary public appointment earlier this week.  I received email confirmation.  I called and confirmed a few days ago.  I received another email at 5 AM today from UPS confirming the 1 PM appointment (5/23). When I showed up at 1 PM on the dot, I was told the Notary had just left for break and wouldn't be back for 25 minutes.  I informed them I had an appointment and it was confirmed.  I showed the mail confirmation. The staff texted and called him. They said it went straight to voicemail. The notary walked in around 1:30 PM after I waited for 30 minutes.  No apology, no anything.  I was charged the notary fee.   I usually do not complain about much, but this experience was completely unacceptable.  Mistakes happen, but making a customer wait 30 minutes when they had an appointment, not responding to texts or calls from his coworkers, I was shocked at the lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer service..  Then to not receive a waiver of the $10 fee or at least an apology is unbelievable. Incredibly disappointed with this UPS store.

So I went here thinking about $40 out the door. With insurance the young man in the Northville UPS store said $80 to ship! I quoted the online price and he said this price included some sort of "warranty" and that the online rate must have been incorrect. They rip you off here IMO. We took the package to UPS service counter in Livonia and shipped it for $34.40 with $1800 insurance! I also had another experience with an electronic item a few months ago. Where it was well over $100 for what Fedex charged $80 I believe it was. Stay away.
