This is at least a good option to drop packages knowing that you're leaving them in an actual FedEx employees hands. The drop boxes have failed me before and while I detest even having to come here to ship a package, when a pickup I've scheduled fails to show up, at least I know it's on its way as long as I drop something before 5. The lobby allows for 3 customers with COVID distancing in place so if it's busy be prepared to wait outside. The staff is indifferent but they do their jobs. One last note...I can't tell you how many times people have come in to complain that FedEx delivered their package to the wrong address and looking for a solution. How does that happen?! read more

Strange how business houses are posted but yet they close early and look at you from inside. 8:25 is not 8:30 for a FedEx drop off.

This place really made it official that I will never use FedEx again. The blonde clerk with glasses was very rude and nasty towards me she would not do her job and contact manager when I requested this lady actually threatened to call the police on me. Absolutely worst service ever None of the representatives were aware of updates. They were rude during conversation . And straight up lying and making Up their own rules . Hopefully fedex sees this and changes the personnel at this location read more

The service here is awful. I needed help with packaging and sending a package and they just looked at me like I'm stupid. Not willing to help. Just told me they don't do that for free I'd have to buy the supplies which I was perfectly willing to do except for the fact that they just laughed and were rude so I walked out the door. As a regular customer at this office, I was going to give them a 4 star for their service until this morning that I was handled by a very rude clerk and, I felt I was treated very poorly .. I went there with my husband around 10 o'clock, the lady did not say hello or hi like all other clerks work there. I told her that I would like to mail 2 package using my airline discount. She looked at my husband with the corner of her eye first and asked me with a cold voice that if I was mailing the package for him? Well, excuse me, I told her that's our stuff and it belongs to both of us. ( been there many times, , and none of them ask me question like this), Then she asked me what's the content in the bag, we said document, she asked again in her cold voice " what kind?" I told her just letters. she said write down letters. As we were talking, there was another customer behind us. Instead of finish her process with us first, she called next customer and let us waiting for her !!!! Worst of all, she did not even apologize to us!! There were no other customers waiting in line, can't she finish what she was supposed to do first then handle next customer? She was the worst agent that I have ever encountered, and it's a shame that FedEx hires someone like this to serve their customer.. It is completely unacceptable.. read more

The representative was very polite and kind in helping me choose the correct boxes to use as well as generating the shipping slip. The only downside is the cost of shipping my two small parcels was more than double that of using USPS. FedEx may cost more but it is definitely less of a headache and much smaller lines then going to USPS... So pick your poison. read more

From the time I walked in the door I thought I was causing a inconvenience for the lady who was helping me. She did as so rude and not helpful what so ever. Poor experience. I called the corporate office, they checked my package status and told me to pick up at this location. After waiting in line, the lady told me they couldn't "spend the time to find my package". I then called the corporate number from the parking lot. The customer service rep put me on hold, called the lady working at this location, then got back on the phone and said I could go pick up my package. Why on earth didn't the lady at this location try in the first place? Is it just laziness? Whatever the reason, customer service isn't practiced at all. read more

Friday afternoon I called the 800 number to see where my package was. When they told me it was at this location, they said they would call to see if I can pick it up before I go. I was then called by someone at the location and was told that I would be able to pick up my package that day as long as I came before closing at 8:30 p.m.. I confirmed the time with the woman on the phone. Drove a half hour just to find out that they already sent my package back to the sender an hour before. The worker who was servicing me in person told me that the package had been there since the 17th and they sent it out an hour before, which was not true. It had just arrived that day from the 14 mile and Haggerty location. I asked them to physically check if the package was there but they didn't. When I left after being told they already sent it out, I filed a formal complaint to the Fed Ex 800 number and on their end it was showing that the package was still at the location. Never voluntarily using Fed Ex again! read more
