We had a dishwasher that we ordered and initially after scheduling a date for delivery, we didn't receive a time before the date schedule (which they say you'll received at least a day before). The day of the delivery, since we had no idea when it was coming we stayed around, finally receiving an estimated range a little over half into the day, that went to 8pm. They ended up delivering the product an hour after the estimated range was over. What's worse, we ordered an unboxing and installation, and neither of those services were rendered. Instead of the company getting back with us to reschedule due to the inconvenience, we have had to call continuously to get someone out here to complete the delivery services and it has yet to be resolved. We are constantly given the run around and no resolution has been concluded. As a whole, I'm totally disappointed with the service that we have received and the customer service has been even worse with the wait times for getting into contact as well as the company not being able to get in touch with their own offices or management to get this resolved. I would advise anyone to use a different company if delivery is necessary especially if this is the type of service they don't mind extending to their customers. So please beware!!!!

However- have no fear you people that anticipate a business will be open by 9- a time that most poor souls are at work, getting to work, or already slaving away by this time. Because! Pak Mail is open. Now they aren't the cheapest in town... but customer service is their game. If you kindly ask for the most expedient and cost effective method- they will tell you. They will also pack it for you, label it for you, etc. I've been in here a few times, not always best deal, but effective. Additionally they are a package return for Amazon! Bonus!!! AND they are seconds away from the post office that only opens at 9:30 am.

Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.

I think we need support this Hallmark. There are not as many Hallmark stores as their used to be. Hattie's Hallmark remains relevant, useful and it allows us to bring personal touches to relatives, friends, co-workers etc. I still love receiving cards and thoughtful gifts.
