This review is only about the Self Pickup. I ordered an item online for self pickup. Once I got an email confirmation that my item was ready, I headed to the store. On the email there is a button (link) to tap when you are in the store. It then tells you which bin your item is in! You take your item and click done and then the screen says you can leave the store. No human interaction! read more

Kohl's - Men's Clothing Near Me - NOVI, Michigan

This has become favorite Kohl store on the NW side of Metro Detroit. Much larger section for women's clothing and good size home goods. Lots of parking and you can find someone to help you if needed. While it is located in a very busy area, if you take 12 Mile, you can avoid most of the back up traffic. Since it is larger, but not as large as the one near Southland Mall which is 2 story, it can carry more items and have 2 sets of registers going so you don't have to wait so long. I do enjoy their sales and 30% off coupon, but returning Amazon stuff also gets me out here. Snicky I think. Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return. read more

It is truly pathetic that you can't get thing's ,in the stores of Kohl's. What a lousy way to do business nice going Kohl's I will take business back to Walmart at least they know what they are talking about. Terrible selection. Stopped by here for Amazon drop-off. It was of course the shortest line in the whole place. Two banks of registers and the lines are about 15+ people deep. Guess undergarments can wait or be purchased online. This is why Amzn makes it big during the holidays. Who likes to wait in line to hand over their cash for subpar items? read more

I usually come to this Kohl's when I'm in the area, as my parents live nearby. We went here for Black Friday (but on Thanksgiving) and it was more organized than I'd expected. Got a $50 pair of black leather touchscreen gloves (for use with cell phones) for $4.50 (score!) which was awesome - $9.99 doorbuster + a $5 off coupon I had received in the mail and another 15% off coupon. (make sure to sign up for their email list - they send lots of coupons!) The lines were crazy but the staff was efficient. The store + bathroom is usually clean, as well, and not as crazy during a normal day. read more

I've been to quite a few Koh's stores but this one definitely feels a lot bigger than a lot of the other one's I've been to. Pretty well stocked with all the things you would expect to find at a Kohl's store. Nice, clean bathrooms are always a nice plus. Now if they could add Starbucks to the store, I would be even happier when having to wait on my girlfriend to finish her shopping. read more

I agree with the other comments that say the return lane at this store is slow and disorganized, but some of the employees are really efficient and great at returns so I am not sure what can be done to change this. I like Kohls and while I usually shop online this is the store I will go to if I decide to be brave and attempt to deal with people. I have had mostly good experiences here, but there is one cashier who is so mean she will make you cry. (not the same mean lady from my first review this one is even scarier) I called the store and the manager I spoke to was apologetic about my experiences with the rude employee and told me that she was aware of the situation. I guess I just do not understand why they would keep someone on staff who has repeat problems with trying to fight with the customers. This older lady was so rude that she actually stuck her hand in my face when I asked her to honor a price match and said that I was wrong, I had a picture of the advertised price on my phone and she would not even look at and tried to swat my phone out of my hand, when I wouldn't back down she resorted to name calling. It really was a special day. The manager came over and in less than a minute she matched the advertised price and everything was fine. I am not sure why the cashier fought with me for over 10 minutes before calling the manager in the first place. If any one who works at kohls actually reads these comments please let your employees know that they are not the kohls crusader whose job it is to save the store money by intimidating the customers, I highly doubt she saved the company from a financial crisis by fighting with me over an 8$ difference on a pair of jeans. I do not know why she even cared. I spent a lot of money when I do come here but if I ever have an experience like this again I will never come back. That would be fair since I have had 2 really unpleasant interactions with the staff now. read more

I had poor customer service today at the customer service pickup location. Stood in line for 20 minutes when I got to the counter the service representative said he did not have the pickup scanner and needed to wait for 1. I needed my email to pick up the items scanned . I waited about another 10 minutes while he took care of 3 other customers with returns. I left the store, going to have to pick them up later. Why just one pickup scanner. Crazy read more

If you need something, Kohl's are great for not breaking the bank. If you have a coupon (you can get them on line) you will likely save more than you spend. The have great deals on stuff for your home or random items (I like to get candles, little appliance things, picture frames, wrapping paper etc). If I could leave zero stars I would. The employees are always rude, the store is dirty and unorganized and the site to store option is a joke. Out of my last 10 orders, 8 were modified before I picked them up. Items were 'cancelled' because items that are listed as in stock on line are not in the stores. When I asked why this has happened so many times I was told that stock is only updated once a year in their system. WTF, who does business like that? And for the cashier to say it to me with an attitude like it was my fault that I ordered a item that their system falsely sold to me. Puh-lease. Telling me that I won't be charged for 2 out of the 3 items I purchaced is not going to make it okay, notifying me via the way I requested (text) so I don't make a 30 mile round trip in 92 degree weather is the way customer service is done. read more

I shop this store a lot. Usually clean,organized and has enough cashier to handle crowds. During the holidays and big sale times the lines do get long-so be prepared to wait. Use their shopping bag or stroller to avoid lugging stuff around. Newly redone junior department has a better selection and great dressing rooms with seats for us moms. read more

Sometimes when you walk in, it's a bit messy. Kohls is the type of Huge Department Store Dropout Chain kind of store. They clothes are cheap, but the markdown price is huge. They just want you to think that the clothes are cheap because they are always on sale. You can find a pair of jeans for 10 dollars if you look hard enough!!! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service around. I hate going to this location because of their poor customer service.

I tried to purchase a belated wedding gift for my nephew and his new wife who live in Texas from Kohl's this morning. I went on-line, selected the gift and inserted all of the shipping and billing information, including names, addresses and telephone numbers. At the conclusion, I was sent an e-mail stating that Kohl's could not complete the order and to call their toll free number for further assistance. After 20 minutes on the phone with 3 different Kohl's employees, I was told that since my nephew is not the listed owner of the address of where I want the gift to be shipped, I would have to physically go to a Kohl's store and produce two forms of identifications and a utility bill, in order for them to ship my gift. I am not joking, that is what they wanted me to do. When I asked the first person to speak to a superior, I was told that there was no one higher to speak with. After I pointed out to him that he was not the CEO of Kohl's and that there is always someone higher up the chain, I was then transferred to the department that handles complaints. So not only was there someone higher to speak with, there was a complete department devoted to the concept. I will never shop at Kohl's again. read more
