Helping out Amazon while creating more foot traffic that end up shopping since you have to go to the back of the store for the return.

We are regulars at this location. I enjoy coming here to purchase birthday party supplies, small birthday and holiday gifts, and unique or niche candies. I like to shop here during different seasons to peruse the shelves for fun and unique finds. They offer cheap finds to supplement and fill in your holiday decorations, costumes, and nick-nacks. The individuals that work here have always been welcoming, happy, positive, and helpful. This is my preferred location. I like the set up and usually find something unique to take home.

I will call and speak with either Julie the Store Mgr or I'll call Corporate because Lawanda should NOT be be dealing with customers in the manner she does without repercussions. Last update! Char the store manager and Wendy another associate went above and beyond to help me. Truly, unparalleled customer service. The store is immaculately clean, every person I ever talk to in here is friendly with a bright personality. Char and Wendy are 2 phenomenal employees. As a customer, you don't see folks that wait on you outside of their job, but I can tell and sense, these 2 folks are genuinely good humans and they bring this into their work. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted.
