The items are a mix of off brand and main brand items where there seems to be no rhyme or reason on what they stock other than they cost a buck. I personally only go to this store on occasion when I am looking for a specific item that I know they carry and do not want to spend much money on it. Usually it is party helium balloons or something tied to a holiday which in the most recent case was the purchase of themed plastic treat bags for the Halloween candy I will be passing out later tonight. $1 for thirty small themed treat bags was well worth the cost and will make my life a lot easier tonight. Overall not a bad store for what it is and what it carries so long as you are not looking for high quality stuff. Three stars.

After entering the store and waiting in line to do an exchange on my items. I was refused service of exchanging my items. After be directed over to your store manager Bob. He refused to assist in any way. Mumbling and what not. When I asked for information to his higher ups he continued to ring customers ignoring that I was standing right there. He stated "we can refuse any return or exchange" with no written explanation outlined in any policy. Of what they will take back or won't. Even when going to Dollars Tree website there is no information about this policy. When calling Dollar Tree customer support it continues to just ring and ring. Moral to this story.
