I came into the store trying to get a dress for my school's national honor society induction, and…read morewhen I went to try on two things, I was greeted with snarkiness, the sale associate assumed I knew I had to put two items on a hanger, and didn't say anything and it was very difficult to hear with her mask on, and when I put the two things on the hanger she told me to read the sign on the hangers in a rude manner. I had apologized and told her that I work at a Marshalls because I didn't understand what she was telling me to do and they don't have us do that and when I told her this she started yelling at me as I walked into the fitting "speak to a manager then." 3 times and then laughed. I felt really uncomfortable and when walking out, I put the thing I didn't want on the hanger which I knew how to do and gave her the key and she yelled thanks behind me. I then talked to the cashier and asked to speak to a manager about the situation and I did, and the manager then told me she would speak to the store manager which I have no idea if that will even happen or not, but this was extremely rude and wanted to leave a review about the situation.

I do really like that they provide you a cleaned cart when you walk in, such a nice touch. The store is generally well organized. Some random boxes in the back of the store floor.
