There will be one person on register and like 8 on the floor and no one can back up? I've recently found that they have very limited variety in casual clothes for women. Tons for 20 year olds but not much for those who prefer to wear more than crop tops. I can always find great business casual clothes! I do like their selection of makeup. I won't be shopping here again. I needed some items because I am sick and I also wanted to order a few groceries items at the same time. I placed the order rather late at 1:30 PM in the afternoon so I knew it would be an evening Pick Up -I thought getting a pick-up time between 6 and 7 PM was very reasonable. When I got there, we waited about 10 minutes, which is not horrible. (Other than there was only one other customer in the Pick Up parking area.) The young man came and brought the groceries to my trunk. (At the grocery store I go to in Texas I don't ever inspect the groceries before I leave & on rare occasion I've missed an item....but overall my purchases are about 99% accurate at my regular market. I've only ever shopped at Meijer in Hartland, Michigan, and I've not had any problem there either. I've only done a pick up order one other time. Anyway, I gave the young man a five dollar tip and thanked him. He did not shut the trunk which just might be something they don't do here in Michigan so no big deal. I got out and shut it. We had a stop to make before going back to my nephews where I am staying. It took us about 35 minutes at that store because we had to get some photos processed and decided to wait on them which is only a 15 or 20 minute process -anyway we headed back to Fenton when we finished. We grabbed the four bags and headed to the house. That's when I discovered I was missing all my grocery items other than one frozen item that was bagged separately from some flu and cold symptom purchases along with a instant read thermometer. I was missing the salad dressings, the lettuce and the Fresh Mediterranean feta and olives for salads. The reason that I ordered from Howell location was that the Hartland locations entire Online system was down so i couldn't order nor pay for my purchases and I didn't know how long it would be down. Guess that was a bad decision considering I didn't get half my purchases. Anyway, I'm think that the person who grabbed my groceries to bring them out didn't get the refrigerated items or maybe the grocery items - -not sure since I did get the one frozen item along with about six cold and flu remedies. At that point, I didnt feel like driving the 12 miles back to Howell. I did get on their website and made a contact letting them know and I'm awaiting a reply. Since no one was available, they are supposed to call me back. At any rate, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Last Christmas I walked around and was amazed by how much more holiday decor they had available compared to other shops I had been to. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.

I have contacted customer service via email twice with no resolution. I have contacted customer service by phone - no resolution. I have now been told in order to receive the $45 refund I need to go to the store or call the gift card company to get the refund processed. I will never shop online again with Big Lot and it's highly likely I will never return to their stores either - it's just too time-consuming dealing with all of the issues created by shopping here.

My first comment is the only negative I have to say and it's that the aisles seem really narrow so it's hard to walk down the aisle with a cart when there's another person there or even walk by someone in an aisle. I found some great deals on shoes and work clothes. They had a lot of different brands which made me happy because I feel like similar stores carry the same exact brands and don't have a lot of variety. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. They do have some home goods, but it's very small area. I found a tea kettle with a mesh strainer in it so I could put my tea right into the kettle and it was such a good price. I was very excited. It was very clean and well organized. I hope it stays that way!
