As a kind and loyal woman, I was shocked! I have never experienced anything like it in my 58 years! They said you are taking too long. I said I cannot wash and dry my dog any faster. She said that is not what this is for. I said it is not to wash and dry your dog and she said yes, but faster. I gathered my things and left and on my way out I asked for Brandon to call me. He is one of the owners, yet he didn't call. I called the Novi store asking for him and left a message and again he never called me. I was kind the entire time. I am still stunned by this, and after a few months I decided to let the public know about my experience. I still have like 9 washes on my account that I pre-paid for.

You can tell the staff genuinely cares about pets and customer experience. The store itself is very welcoming and thoughtfully put together. It honestly gave the ambiance of a Whole Foods-type store, but for pets -- clean, aesthetically pleasing, and filled with unique products. Side note: they have the most adorable selection of greeting cards, plus little freebies like stickers and lollipops for humans lol. I also loved their pet grooming setup. From the outside, it almost looks like a visual window display, but I believe it's fully operational. Such a cute touch that adds to the overall atmosphere.

I was on the hunt for Fromm cat food, and lo and behold, Premier Pet Supply carries it. This is how I found them, but I stuck around for many other reasons. This store has some truly knowledgeable, friendly people working here. It is always clean and well stocked, as well. The other amazing things about it is the sheer amount of food available.. they have your regular brands which you can purchase almost anywhere, and then they have the more obscure/holistic/expensive/specialty brands as well. I only have cats, but walking through the store it seems they have an equal amount of dog food, possibly even more. I recently got two kittens with a more specialized diet, so I need high quality, high protein feed for them, as well as snacks which may seem yuck at first (okay, it's still yuck). (Freeze dried) Organs, chicken necks, etc. They carry it all! They do sell animals here as well.. they have a section of the store for adopting kitties, and then they have a few small animals for sale as well - the usual bunnies, etc. I did see hedgehogs one time, which was pretty cool! Had they been friendlier I probably would have been the proud owner of a hedgehog, so in hindsight it was probably a good thing I was a wee bit intimidated by the prickly thing. I of all people do not need more animals. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program, every tenth bag of food is free (!), and after spending X amount of Dollars, you get a discount/reward as well. It takes that time for me to get there since I live in South Lyon. I ended up arriving 60 seconds after my 30 minute window expired. I walked in just behind another person going to get his dogs nails trimmed and an employee of Premier Pet Supply instructed me not to go back to the area of the service. She said that "Peticured" is very strict with their timing and told me I would just have to rejoin the waitlist because there's no exceptions for being less than a minute late. Even though I walked in at the same time as the other person.. I don't think that it was right that the employee didn't verify with the actual "Peticured" service and that she played it off as no big deal to just join the waitlist with 14+ people on it. I told her my situation and how I can't rejoin the waitlist and she said in a rude and sarcastic manner, "okay then have a good day". I have had multiple appointments with "Peticured" at the Novi location and have never had a bad experience with the employees at the Novi location. Not sure what the issue is with Northville though. Will not be returning to Northville location for anything.

I often buy water softener salt from here as well as top soil in the summer. I get anxiety from large, over crowded stores. Here I can run in and pay for the items and have my husband load the items. They also have staff who will load. Some of the younger staff aren't super knowledgeable about products, but that's ok because they are learning. Clean store and staff interaction is helpful and friendly. I always go here over Home Depot for items I know they'll have. It just makes life easier!
