Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.

They claim to have no control over them. They refuse to include any useful information (which only I can see) due to HIPAA. (2) Then there's waiting in line for 20 mins to P/U a prescription only to find out I didn't come soon enought for their secret requirements & they put it back. They send me to another window where I have to wait in line again. They do whatever they do & send me back to the 1st window to wait in line a 3rd time. There has to be a better way. (3) Go in to P/U 2 prescriptions. One is not in stock. If they had notified me, I would've waited until both were ready before I went in. They tell me to come back tomorrow for it. I go back the next day & they still don't have it. Again, no notice. Had to back a 3rd. That's not customer service. (4) Tried asking a question about OTC meds in the pharmacy area. They claim NO responsibility for those med & know nothing about them. Who, then, does know?

First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Last Christmas I walked around and was amazed by how much more holiday decor they had available compared to other shops I had been to. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.

Even though both…read moreorders showed they had the items in stock - BOTH orders were canceled as items were NOT available. On the second-order, I used a Visa Gift Card - HUGE mistake. I have contacted customer service via email twice with no resolution. I have contacted customer service by phone - no resolution. I have now been told in order to receive the $45 refund I need to go to the store or call the gift card company to get the refund processed. I will never shop online again with Big Lot and it's highly likely I will never return to their stores either - it's just too time-consuming dealing with all of the issues created by shopping here.

My first comment is the only negative I have to say and it's that the aisles seem really narrow so it's hard to walk down the aisle with a cart when there's another person there or even walk by someone in an aisle. I found some great deals on shoes and work clothes. They had a lot of different brands which made me happy because I feel like similar stores carry the same exact brands and don't have a lot of variety. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. They do have some home goods, but it's very small area. I found a tea kettle with a mesh strainer in it so I could put my tea right into the kettle and it was such a good price. I was very excited. It was very clean and well organized. I hope it stays that way!
