I've found sweaters new with original tag from Nordstrom and Macy's and even some Madewell.. I picked up some nice Hearth and Hand decorative objects, too- at a derp discount.. They get a ton of new revolving inventory daily, either new or barely used..you don't have to go hunting for the gem or bring sanitizer! As for clothing, they often have a lot of smaller sizes which suits me to a T. The prices might be slightly higher for true bargain hunters or folks who like the bins (not for me, though), but the inventory and sales people are so nice it's worth it! They have a decent return policy and slightly discount prices on stagnant inventory.. they have everything from clothes and outerwear to accessories, toys, furnishings and seasonal decor.

To my surprise, the manager showed incredible kindness and empathy and offered to replace the Costco items I had lost. This level of customer service is exactly why I continue to shop at Costco. Before we even get to the counter and say anything the "store manager" (male, picture attached) starts a rant along the lines of sorry but we don't take converse returns you have to do that online, blah blah blah. My bf brushed it off and goes to shop but we're both annoyed and find it ridiculous that a purchase made in store can't be returned in store. I can't find any policy online or on the receipt backing up this so called policy. Plus the fact that this so called manger didn't even wait for us to say anything before immediately turning us away was just horrible customer service. We called the store we made the purchase from and they tell us what we were told sounds ridiculous, they get our info and call the Howell store to clear up the issue. Within 10 minutes we get a call from the store manger, a female, apologizing and saying if we go back in the store they'll process the refund. Store is clean and organized, most of the employees seem helpful, but the one "store manager" ruined the experience with their horrible customer service.
