There are plenty of dressing rooms to try on the clothing. It is not as overwhelming as some of the other H & M locations. The outlet mall offers a lot of coupons and great savings. You can also bring in bags of used clothing to get additional coupons. I always find something at this location. Especially compared to some of the other H&M stores in the general area. They have casualwear, Business wear, and a lot of character driven clothing. I like the buyer and the supplier of this location. The staff is also pretty helpful here. The clothing is low cost but a better quality than some of the equivalent stores that offer similar products. They have a lot of sizes for different sized and shaped individuals. You get a lot for your money here.

I found a cute knitted silver top with capped sleeves, white and powder pink sweater or cardigan with their signature silver buttons and a nice mid sleeve slim fitted lavender shirt. The staff was so wonderful so great so informative and so helpful they were amazing! I am giving this location on one star because in the past I would come here every year to get my holiday gifts for the kids. In the past they would offer great coupons and have a nice selection of clothing. This time they barely had any clothing! I asked the staff and they said the company decided to supply the store with less fashion. This left us empty-handed. I was looking for dresses, unique clothing, and accessories for the giftgiving season. They also had less of a selection of blind bags and other character driven items. They really did not have a big selection of anything! They did not offer any quality sales, the store was pretty bare compared to what it had been in the past. I guess I will go to other locations to look for my presents this year. I hope that the company sees this post, and decides to restock the store this summer with more fashion items in a larger selection. I would come back and shop here again if the merchandise selection changes for the better.

We were on a quest to find the very viral Snoopy Halloween items and they have been sold out at most of the other locations, never came in to some of the locations, and are sold out right now online. But luckily, we found the socks and the PJ's at this location. AE tends to be a bit pricy but the PJ's are so cute and soft and so are the socks. The people working here were beyond friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience delightful.

The woman that checked me out asked if we needed anything else. I told her it would have been nice if they could find one pair of shoes for me in my size. She looked up the one white leather Sperry and found they had one in the store. The other woman that helped me looked on the upper shelf and saw nothing on the immediate shelf. The woman waiting on me took another look and found them on the upper shelf, one box of my size exactly. One staffer tried and put effort to find me what I wanted, the other only tried superficially. Got a pair in the end after much effort.

They are not allowing for guests to try on any of their items of clothing, due to the pandemic. This posed as a problem for me. I don't buy anything that I can't try on first to make sure it fits and looks acceptable first. I prefer not to have come back to return it. Luckily we were inside. They kicked out a couple ladies that try to come in after us, due to overcrowding or over occupancy, citing the government orders. We ended up leaving without my being able to try anything on and empty-handed in the end.
