I called the store to confirm if they had the item in stock since I'm not local, and Stephanie was able to confirm that they did have 1 left! When I made a mistake during online checkout by not including my address, Stephanie was able to take down my information over the phone. She even followed up via email with my tracking information! I just arrived home from a work conference and my package was ready and waiting for me. Enclosed was my hat and a personal thank you note for supporting her small business along with a store business card and encouragement to reach out with any questions. The hat fits perfectly! I have emailed, used Facebook Messenger etc. to try to reach her -- and three times she said she would drop off the blanket - rather than me coming to get it. I still do not have it. The store in Howell does not have a phone so I cannot call. Note she moved the store to Howell, not in Milford as it says here. I have posted my phone number many times on Facebook Messenger and asked her to text but she never does. This weekend, she "promised" for the third time that she would drop off the blanket but it is late Sunday now and I still do not have it. I appreciate that she was willing to do the embroidery on a blanket that did not come from her store, but four months to get it back is long enough. I said I would come to her store on Saturday but she said she will not be there and the blanket will not be there. s She said she only last limited hours this month but would not tell me what the hours were. I let her know that if she would not make a plan to let me get the blanket back I would take to social media which is what I am doing now
