If I could give negative stars I would. My sister hired Cynthia to make 10 bridesmaid dresses from…read morescratch. She had a clear deadline and did not provide the dresses. Three days before the wedding, she still didn't have the dresses done after my sister provided her with way more grace than she ever deserved. When we went to her shop to check out the "final product" after she claimed they were "done", there were still pins in all the dresses, the stitching was horrible, and the sizing was incredibly wrong. This was after weeks of measuring ourselves and sending extremely specific measurements. This was also after weeks of reassuring my sister she would be done, but at the same time begging for more time to continue working on the dresses. In fact, she had a week and a half extension past the original deadline, and she still wasn't done. She was also extremely unapologetic and tried to say it was "partially" her fault. We had to overnight dresses from Amazon, which were cheaper and much better quality than what Cynthia tried to provide us with. This was insanely disappointing as my sister wanted to support a local business and Cynthia did not provide even half the refund that my sister was owed. My sister deserved so much better than the treatment provided by Cynthia, who didn't even apologize for royally screwing her AFTER being paid for her services. Recommendation for anytime working with Cynthia if you still decide to made a bad decision like this: write up a contract and DON'T give her any extensions because obviously she doesn't use them wisely anyway. this entire review isn't even half the problem she caused unfortunately.
