I was in the store since I needed an outfit for a shower. There were 2 young sales clerks talking at the cash register. They were oblivious to anything going on in the store except the conversation between them, no greeting, no how many I help you. There was another woman in the store and she walked out as well. Spring makes me think of tulips, all things green and pretty dresses. I love Lilly Pulitzer dresses for Easter, spring parties and summer. They're not too causal for the important events. I just encountered this company selling discounted Lilly on eBay and wow, talk about snotty! Disgusting attitude. She obviously didn't know I was familiar with the store because I couldn't imagine her talking to a customer in that manner but I see from other reviews that that is just their way. My favorite store in Grosse Pointe! Fabulous Lilly Pulitzer and the staff is amazing.

One of the nicest boutiques you can find they have everything there . They have Lily and Vera all under one roof!

Let me start off by saying that I really love Lilly Pulitzer...as I think many Grosse Pointers do. If this line were not offered at the Village Palm, I am not sure I would shop here. But since they have such a fabulous collection, I continue to go back. I just wish they were a tad less snooty and a touch more professional. A smile and welcoming sentiment go a long way.
