I walked in there and told her the type of event I had and the color I desired and she brought me everything the store had on display and in the back. The absolute most helpful boutique in Michigan. My mom was very concerned about finding her dream dress for her one and only daughter's wedding day and Zain boutique went above and beyond with helping my mother find her dream dress. Wafaa was very nice, professional, and super super helpful. My mom is very happy and satisfied with her dress which makes my wedding day complete. Zain boutique has very unique and elegant collection of dresses, that are designed to fit all kinds of events from small and big with verity of options when it comes to sizes and prices. We are overwhelmed with the most amazing customer service we received from everyone at Zain boutique (including the owner). Thank you for making my mom feel extra special and helping her such a beautiful and elegant dress. read more

Beautiful boutique ,classy nice dresses always, reasonable prices .The owner is very nice.

Great fashion wonderful prices and very helpful I do recommend and I will be coming back every time I need to update my closet.

the worst customer service. the ladies that work there are horrible. They are rude and hover over you. not sure who would go there a second time. read more

The dress I got was very nice, but I know I got ripped on it. I found out I paid double for an older design. The girls play a game and say things like You are so nice, let me talk to Amoo (owner) to lower the price for you. I fell for it. It's my fault I didn't do better research, but never again. read more

The owner is ridiculously rude, dresses are from China not worth the price. he doesn't carry designer dresses his prices are so high bottom line he's so rude. read more

My daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and I needed a dress!! I had previously purchased one elsewhere but they messed up the alterations and I was desperate. I called them and Mr.Amer fit me in with an appointment to go in. He brought out dresses for me that would be flattering and I fell in love with the first dress I tried on!!! Even though it was expensive he worked with me on a price that we were both happy with!! I would definitely buy my dresses here again!! read more

I have been buying my gowns from Zain since it opened in West Bloomfield. I read these negative posts and can't help but wonder where these people are coming up with this crap about bad customer service, or if you're not "chaldean" they don't help you.. That's RIDICULOUS! AND a bit racist. I remember the first day I walked in there, I was in yoga pants and a t-shirt, no "diamonds", not Arabic. Obviously the first thing I noticed was the gowns were different than any other boutique! I was greeted and the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I don't believe the comments about the customer service being bad or the staff not wanting to help people. That doesn't make sense! It was because of the customer service and the best gowns in the state that I don't and won't go anywhere else.... Hands down Zain and staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. If you want a dress that's one of a kind, a showstopper than this is where you go.... The quality of designers Zain carries is TOP NOTCH... Zain boutique has NEVER let me down. I would most definitely recommend Zain boutique to anyone looking for that gown that stops traffic! The ONLY boutique for me since the first day I walked in there... read more

1:00 appointment- nope waited over a half hour. Unprofessional, speak Arabic the whole time. I was very excited excited a month ago I had an appointment for this store I waited he told me he was getting a shipment in on the 19th I seen but six dresses nothing in my size tried on nothing and I said what happen with the selection you wasted a month of my time to find a dress for my daughter's wedding and he said you were lucky here once what made you think with your figure you were gonna be lucky again... you son of a bitch. The worst customer service everrrrr! You just lost one! Or a lot hahaha word of mouth is the best advertisement! read more

This boutique has always been my go to for formal events! It has never let me down - they truly have the best quality in dresses and the employees (including the male owner) have always been so helpful and honest! The compliments are plentiful when I am wearing a Zain gown! will always be my go to for formal wear! Great customer service! read more

Customer service classes should be given to these woman working here. Just because we're not Arab speaking doesn't mean we don't spend the same money. We're Albanian and happy to spend prob more then the normal client without asking for it for free. No one should treat anyone like their nothing and laugh Bc they assume we can't afford it. One of the girls laughed in our faces and told us we need to make an appt to see the dresses in the back. The father fit us in Bc I made a comment " guess they turn away money " and still felt like we're not worthy to shop there. I went to " their back room " and took a picture so my sisters husband can see if he's wanting to spend the $$$$ on it and one girl gave me the rudest comment and started arguing with me . I told her this is my first time here and she still kept talking back. I told her she needs to watch how she talks to me And tried proving to us that we r wrong. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I MET TRASHY GIRLS !!!!! NEVER WOULD I TALK TO MY CLIENTS THAT WAY BC THEIR THE REASON YOU KEEP YOUR BUSINESS WORKING. The dresses r pretty here but doesn't match the service. she bought the dress if anyone's wondering !!! Don't judge the clients because that's your MONTHLY rent that just got paid from. I wouldn't have gave them business after that treatment. THat dress sold my sister only. read more

I can't say enough how wonderful this boutique is. Not only are its dresses beautiful and stylish, but it's a family owned boutique and they really make you feel like family, too. Anytime I walk in there the staff goes above and beyond to find me a dress to my liking despite my pickiness! They are always patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this boutique for women of all ages for not only fancy dresses but casual dresses, and even clothing for dinners or going out on the town! read more

The best place to find a dress at. Great customer service with the most amazing people ... definitely recommend buying your dress from there

we always go to zain boutique, best dresses and excellent customer service. Their back room dresses are amazing and we always purchase from there for the third time for my brothers and sisters wedding!! Will never go elsewhere read more

If you aren't Arabic, don't bother going to this store. Big disappointment. My Chaldean friend recommended this store for a formal gown for my engagement party. They do have nice dresses but they basically refused to help me. They told me they don't order dresses and have no back stock, so unless you're a size 8 you are out of luck. I don't understand that kind of customer service but I am happy to spend my money elsewhere. read more

experience just now. In all my travels from Italy, Greece to Spain, I have never been treated so lower class and horrible because of the way I look. I went into Zain boutique in Troy and for those of you who know me know I do not dress up while at home. On a whim I decided to go into the boutique because I heard it was new and had classy dresses. I use the word classy very loosely when it comes to the management there. The owner refused to help me because I did not look rich and when I called him and said that was wrong his reply was he does not need my business anyway!!!! For all my friends that may one day decide to go there make sure you are dressed to the nines with name brands and diamonds or when you go there you will not get help. Such a sad day for humanity today. I have never felt so sad and judged based solely on my appearance. ZainBoutique Troy you should never judge a book by it's cover!!!!!!! read more

This boutique is really classy with original pieces for formal events. The staff and the owner were very nice and attentive.

I went to Zain with my mom & friend. We were all looking for a dress. My mom & I normally have a dress custom made but decided to visit Zain since we heard they carry one of a kind dresses. The owner wasn't pleasant from the minute we walked in. We went thru all the dresses in the front room & didn't like anything. I told her numerous times that I was told she has dresses in the back & she ignored me. She just stood in the front with her hands crossed & a frown on her face. My friend saw a dress hanging in the dressing room & wanted to try it on. The owner asked her if she knew how much that dress was & then told her the price. My friend answered her with I never told you I have a budget. We were so confused with the unfriendliness of the owner & poor customer service but realized she was judging us. Neither of us were dressed up & didn't have diamonds on. So since we weren't decked out & wore bling, she decided from the minute she saw us that she wasn't going to service us & didn't want us in her store. What she didn't realize it was her loss. Worst customer service ever. You may want to call & ask what the dress code is before walking in the store. read more
