The owner came out and said they had been closed all day. I mention to him that google said 5pm. He told me, "I don't give a shit what google says." I suggested he contact google and change his hours and he said he did not care. I looked at him and said I was trying to give him business. He said he didn't care as I was walking out. Terrible experience! Do not go here!

We got a bad taste in our mouth and looked around for a minute in the back and proceeded to leave via front door and again we were not acknowledged. Every other store we went in that day the workers said Hi, how are you girls today, anything you need help with, etc. Not looking for anything major if your in the middle of something but a quick Hi is not much to ask when someone enters your shop. On another note - I took a bunch of Loft items in excellent condition a few years back and they basically only took a couple of items stating some of them were out of date (they were not even 2 years old and am I supposed to only wear something a year then give away in order for a consignment shop to take them) yet they take brands like Old Navy and all the Target brands. Would not waste my time going here again.

Then when it was time to light up the FP, it didn't work! One guy couldnt figure out the problem, then owner came out several times and finally took part of FP apart, found that they didnt build it correctly, workerss forgot to install a baffle inside the exhaust. They never pulled permits with city, remove a gas shut off valve, when house was built, said we didnt need it anymore. What! It took over 3 months to complet the project, neighbors even ask why took so long!
