Very glad we did! They're decorated for the holidays and had a large amount of holiday-themed housewares and all manner of fun kitsch, and we found a wreath (with mini-lights and music) that we had to have. Highly recommended if you're into retro goods and vintage clothing, even just to browse through (but I bet you find something to take home with you!).

A few weeks ago my mother in law gave me dresses that were once worn by her oldest daughter. "They are from Connie's! They are the best!" They are 40 year old dresses that are still in great shape. Today I purchased a christening gown, headband, tights, white shoes, winter coat, Christmas dress for my daughter and a vest, dress shirt and pants combo for my nephew. Approximately $250. Excellent pricing considering similar items at target would be $200 total. Janie and jack at Somerset offers a comparable cuteness experience. Shop local at Connie's. Ladies who work there are hilarious! They make shopping more fun.

You will find entire outfits here, that are so flattering, yet affordable (e.g. $26-$36 for many items and $20 or less for jewelry and accessories that complete the outfit.) The clothes/accessories are also unique, but totally wearable, dress up, dressed down, casually on the weekends, to work, out to a concert. Everything. Versatile! I swear, I get compliments every time I wear anything that I bought here. The other thing that is so fantastic is that Anne, the owner, will help you choose all sorts of things that you wouldn't have considered, help you put outfits together, make suggestions, she's completely delightful!!! This is an amazing store for women who hate to shop and again, also for women who aren't built like models! You must come check the store out.
