Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. I visited this establishment on August 25, 2017 to get five pairs of pants hemmed. The moment I…read morearrived, I noticed all of the staff, except for one older lady, assisting a customer. Making eye contact with this older lady, I could see she would flipping through papers and scanning merchandise so I waited for two minutes before she could utter any words out of her mouth. The words she uttered? Are those pants clean? I responded, they're brand new. Her rebuttal, you should wash them before we can hem them. I advised her that I dry clean my pants. She took a moment to respond, but she eventually arrived to the conclusion that it would take her over 10 minutes to attend to me and over two weeks to have the pants returned to me. She basically tried everything to get me not to hem my pants at this location. Well, she succeeded. I ended up leaving. To whom it actually concerns in management, as a leader of a fine establishment as yours, you most likely know that clients have plenty of options where to get their pants hemmed. I can honestly say this was probably the worst experience I ever encountered with one of your employees. The lack of understanding, communication, and urgency from your ill trained staff makes me question where you rest your values in your business practice as it does not seem in line with delivery a great customer experience.

They were great in working with us to choose a style for the guys based on wedding colors and atmosphere. The nightmare came with measuring and picking up the suit. Out of the 7 men we had in our wedding , 6 of them had tuxes that did not fit, and the junior groomsman had a mismatched pants and coat. The groom had to wait until 3 hours before he got married to get his correct pant size from the store. This cut into picture time and other pre wedding events. Looking back, I asked all men who were measured at this location and other locations in the area and they all agreed the staff measures them way to fast and did not take their time with each men. I would recommend going somewhere else for your wedding needs and save yourself the headache.

All of the guys and both our dads said they were treated respectfully as well. My dad can ask an overwhelming amount of questions so it made me really happy to see him excited after purchasing his suit! The guys also got their ties and pocket squares from here.
