I actually am very happy I stopped in here. Upon coming in it's a boutique so there isn't tons of options but there's a substantial amount of options of what's fashionable. And in my opinion that's all that matters. Whether your looking for an amazingly cute workout set or something sexy, some to jeans or some ripped up jeans which are very trendy at the moment. Graphic T shirts, Beautiful dresses in all sizes and shapes. I came in here not really knowing what I had in mind to purchase. So I grabbed about 8 things to try and in the dressing Room. Although I loved everything. It was the jeans that spoke out to me that were picked out by the owner. I felt like treating myself to something nice today and I am really glad I came in here stopped in and walked out with something I love. I loved my jeans so much I literally ripped the take off gave the take to her at the register and paid. Walked right out of the store wearing them!. I recommend you come here and check this place out it's definitely a great place. read more

Customer service is horrible. It took me over 2 months to receive my order due to high demand in the warehouse but I was still charged for shipping. The clothes are cute but definitely cheaply made. Not worth the money they are charging. I paid 50 each for 3 sweatsuits that had lent beads after the 1st wash. read more

They are the worse my baby was playing with my phone. She hit a button on the shop app and placed and order. Within minutes I asked them to cancel this order. They still send it and want to give me a store credit. read more

I do enjoy shopping a Swank. Thought he return experience is not the best the quality and value of the clothing is still pretty good and the selection is also great. read more

These people are unfukin believable! They say they gave me a store credit for an item on my order back in October. Keep sending me an email with no code to apply the credit to any order. It is a shame you cannot support certain black businesses and expect for them to be honest with their customers. I spent with them several times and this last order has been a disaster. I am fighting. To get my $50 back or even a code to apply this so-called credit that I have yet to see . or beware. They get zero stars from me. read more

it's been 3 weeks still haven't received my order or shipping update. All I got was a standard response email saying we are experiencing delays from our warehouse. Communication is terrible not real estimate when this will be resolved 0/10. read more

I voiced this concern to them as to the pricing with multiple items that I have purchased from them they'll post something for $80 but it's on Amazon same model same material for $40. Same with a jacket I bought for 200 same jacket was on Amazon for $79. I love the jeans but I also like I was jooped out a couple hundred bucks at least with a lot of the things that I ordered that were on Amazon. A lot of this stuff is exclusive, but the stuff I bought was just copy and paste. read more

Terrible experience, period. Placed an order on September 12 with an estimated delivery date of September 23. The package hasn't been scanned since September 19. Swank a posh customer service is terrible and doesn't accommodate nor try to resolve the problem. On top of paying for shipping. What a complete waste of time and money. AS OF OCTOBER 9TH STILL NO PACKAGE. EXACTLY WHY I DON'T SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS read more

Order a white blouse online didn't like the fit . Wanted to return the item found out that they don't do refunds . They only issue swank gift cards . Now I am stuck with this blouse because I send it back I have to pay shipping fees which I don't mind , but if I purchase something else I have to pay for the shipping fee twice. Once to ship the item back and again to purchase a new item. Not worth the headache I will give the blouse to a women shelter. Buyer Be Aware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I went in on a day when they were having $29 grab bags. And the entire store was 70% off. You could fill a bag and only pay $29. On top of that, the staff was fun and helpful. Every single person on staff spoke to me, and someone was always there ready to assist. The fashions and size selections never disappoint. read more

It was my first time ordering from Swank's boutique. I'm usually not big on boutiques in store because it's limited quantity. I decided to order my niece a few items online for Christmas. Placed my order December the 1st. Three weeks later I don't have an email stating my order was processed. I reached out via email to Swank's all they can tell me is USPS is behind. I've been mailing Christmas gifts across the country, and the latest arrival I've seen so far is a two day delay. I live one city over from actual swank boutique. I will never purchase from this company again. Very inconsiderate of their customers needs. 3 weeks is to long to wait for a couple of outfits to arrive. I can't give a review on quality yet because I haven't received anything. Once I do I will be back to give another review. Hopefully it's worth the wait. If your look for something to wear within a months time I suggest to give another boutique a try. These one is horrible. Overpriced and delayed. Quick to take your money slow to ship. Very disappointed customer read more

horrible experience I placed my order on the Nov 29th the order was shipped December 12 and hasn't arrived the communication sucks!!! there is no number provided and it takes forever to receive a email I will not be ordering from them again read more

I have always shopped swank online.... Loved my purchases.... Today I needed a quick pair of "red" jeans.... I had last minute outfit change ...so i stopped in the store and she helped me out . New my size, and got a deal for 2 pair... I love swank .... The service was great, store was clean, organized and she was attentive to my purchase! read more

Worst customer service ever! And if you buy online, you cannot return or exchange in store. You have to pay more money to ship the item back for a return. Then you have to repurchase the item. I told myself not to shop here anymore after none of the workers greeted me upon entering the store the first time I visited. But no I was trying to give it the benefit of doubt and still support a black business. Lesson learned, they won't get my money anymore!! read more

I saw a top on the website I wanted to order, but was nervous about not receiving it on time. I went into the store to purchase it. The employees were ok, I've had better customer service. I went to purchase the top and it rang up $30 more than it did online. I told the young lady that wasn't the price online and showed her. Long story short, I was told that the store doesn't price match THEIR OWN WEBSITE!! In all my years of shopping, I've NEVER heard of this policy before! Needless to say, I left the shirt. Very disappointing. read more

Awful customer service. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Clothes are cheaply made and they don't provide refunds.

I ordered online May 25 I thought shipping would at be 2 or 3 days after but it's been 10 days and my order is just sitting somewhere with a label created I want a refund so bad because this is not making any sense as to why it takes so long for an order to be shipped I swear if I would have knew this I would have never ordered from here but this will be my last time ordering read more

I have seen this business on my social media for months advertising their stretchy jeans. I was skeptical because of my mid section. I finally took advantage of the Black Friday online special two for one jeans. The delivery was quick and to my surprise the jeans fit really good. I ordered another pair of jeans online that were on sale and had intentions to wear them on my birthday which was on a Sunday. I thought I would have to find something else to wear as they had not arrived. They were actually delivered on my birthday (Sunday). A few days later I needed another outfit and went to the actual store trying to find a pair of jeans for an event. The staff was so helpful and even though I was in a hurry they were so nice. I got the jeans and Kapria was trying to talk me into a shirt to go with them. If I had more time I probably would have tried it on and taken her up on it. I love this store and will be shopping here more often whether it be online or in person. The delivery is quick and in store personnel is super helpful. read more

Let's start by saying they expensive AS FUCK. next the 8mile employees ALWAYS mad! Always have an attitude and act like they can't help you! One lady helped me told me she could fit a certain size she was about 60 pounds heavier than me. So I bought it because she said she could fit that certain size I get home couldn't fit it I come back not even 30mins I can't even exchange or anything so now I just spent 150 on a body suit and a skirt. That was my 4 time trying them and I'm just good at this point something needs to be changed about the exchange policy read more
