Prices were competitive and the staff was attentive even though the store was slammed with traffic when I was in there. If you're out lookin' for kicks, come kick it in here for a minute!

My problems are twofold: 1) The layout and signage is just not helpful. It's too wide open, the angular aisles are not conducive to a good shopping experience, and I can't tell where one section ends and another begins, or what the sections even are. 2) Price. If you don't do closeout, you're not getting a deal here. Maybe that's my problem, but for a place like this, I expect better prices.

It almost felt like she was a school announcer as she made deal announcements over the PA. The slipper or wool and warmer boots were up in the front. We went up and down the aisles until about four or five in to finally find some flat casual black shoes for my mother. My mother tried on about four or five shoes and finally found a pair that weren't too tight or uncomfortable. There was one random mirror to actually look at shoes on your person. Had to ask since there aren't many around. The Lifestride she picked out was on sale as well. I couldn't get her to wear the hamburger or Pizza slippers, they are amusing at least.

After trying many different shoes at 2 other stores, another shoe store referred us to Shoe Prints -- and they were immediately able to produce exactly what we were looking for! The fit was perfect, they were comfortable and good for walking while being no trouble to slip on. It was so easy. There was a little problem with ringing us up so they even gave us free socks for the trouble. They had a great variety of shoes from fashion shoes to comfortable walking shoes and work boots (for toddlers even!) to comfy high quality slippers, all in good recognizable brands, so I wouldn't hesitate to check there for anything I'm looking for.

She made a snotty comment about how "I guess you'll just have to pay full price then". When I commented about how invested she seemed to be about me and my phone number, she snapped back that she didn't care at all, because she gets paid either way. The whole thing just got very ugly. When I asked her name, she thrust her badge at me, stated her name, and spelled it out ...one letter at a time. I realize that life is tough out there when you're working a low paying service job...and perhaps I should have more grace for people stuck in those positions. But I really think the store should know who is representing them. Customers don't want to be harassed about their phone number and we like to deal with pleasant people.

One minute they're closed the next, they are open. Pretty uneventful. For now, the shelves are well stocked with the typical RDFL items. Obviously, the store is clean and the people are very friendly. No shortage of security including the "greeters" at the door. They've picked a great location.
