Great price for the shoes with free shipping and no tax to my home on Kiawah Island, SC. Immediate email confirmation of the purchase followed by another email confirming the shipping. Several shipping update emails along the way. Shoes arrived in three business days. Excellent packaging. New shoes fresh off the shelf. Of course I always get Brooks men's 10.5 so sizing was spot on. Nice little "thank you" note on the invoice. Everything you could want from a small business. Thank you guys! I will be back!

After waiting, a woman comes out and instead of asking who was next, she went straight to a customer that just walked in. I tried to say hi excuse me but I was next and was looked at like who are you. Granted, I wasn't in my best attire and they probably looked at me like I wasn't there to buy. I don't have patience for a company to not come out and assess who was next in a fair manner, especially when I raised my hand and said I was. Some may say I'm being too critical, but I run a business and don't have free time. After two months of trying to have time to go, I just wanted to buy shoes and leave. I ended up finding a better place that had much better customer service and a significantly larger selection. Running Lab didn't have any On product on display despite google showing they are a dealer. Not stating that you should not try Running Lab, rather giving you a heads up that it isn't always roses.

Never truly understood how this place stays in business year after year.. it's been a staple of the…read moreMain Street commercial district for years, but I've never figured out why. The clothes are not particularly chic or stylish or unique- it's an overpriced J Jill or Coldwater Creek for the middle aged set. As far as customer service? Meh.. style, uniqueness, variety or quality of stock? Meh.. rye clothes are overpriced and off middling, lackluster style and quality in my book... I could never find anything I'd be willing to buy at even a deep discount other than perhaps a standard issue black tank top, which I can buy anywhere by virtually any design house at any price.. let's be real, a pair of flowy , crinkled rayon loose pants by some random label are not worth $119- and I literally just spotted that very item at that very price. A coordinating tunic/top at a comparable price tag, etc, some boring white tops, a few tank tops, some button down top/tunics that I wouldn't buy and some accessories too middle aged for me are status quo. Price points? It isn't outrageously pricey for the area, yet the prices were too high for what they're offering... As for layout/displays? The boutique definitely is laid out well, but that's about all I can say. The shop is clutter free, clean, well laid out.. If I was a stay at home soccer mom type, who goes to church events and was not into mixing street style with high and low pieces, perhaps this might be my speed, although I doubt it. Even if I was older or had kids, the clothes still wouldn't be upmarket or unique enough for me and I dislike the 'higher end' price tag on items that decidedly are not high end or even mid range luxury. While I did get a quick greeting from a sales associate (some food in the store didn't rate a glance or a hello, so perhaps I should feel impressed), it really wasn't friendly and I could tell by her response that she was totally uninterested if I was browsing or buying. Nothing I saw even looked like something I'd see in a fashion magazine or on a Saks or Macys website. If I want to pay those prices, and I often do, I want style and quality- so I'd rather buy something from Michael Kors and know it's worth the $. Not for me... sorry.. ...

I've stopped in many times looking more like a "bag lady" than a customer, & I ve always been treated with courtesy & friendliness! It's unfortunate & UNUSUAL if you happened to shop there on a "bad day" for a salesperson. Things go on in everyone's life that have nothing to do with you. Unless you were called a racist name or you were refused service, shame on you for your OWN racist & libelous accusation!!
