She stated she never saw it in a condescending manner. Then she played like she was doing everything to help me. She made me feel very uncomfortable and played like she never saw this wallet. Here's the best part. She sold me the wallet! She played around her drawers and was doing ever possible to make me look like o was returning something that did not exist. The wallet was brand new and was purchased at this location. Horrible salesperson, a very blank face. Wow! Do not go there! Note: they took my name and phone number when I first bought the wallet. Now it's nonexistent!

My first comment is the only negative I have to say and it's that the aisles seem really narrow so it's hard to walk down the aisle with a cart when there's another person there or even walk by someone in an aisle. I found some great deals on shoes and work clothes. They had a lot of different brands which made me happy because I feel like similar stores carry the same exact brands and don't have a lot of variety. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. They do have some home goods, but it's very small area. I found a tea kettle with a mesh strainer in it so I could put my tea right into the kettle and it was such a good price. I was very excited. It was very clean and well organized. I hope it stays that way!

We were able to find them both matching vests for the cold weather - cute, I know! The store layout and sale racks were pretty organized, something I LOVE about big sales going on. I'm way more likely to stay and make a purchase when I can actually find the items. The reason this EB gets 5 stars from me, though, is because of the store associate, David. When we were checking out, it seemed that the coupon my mom had wasn't going through, likely due to the fact that she hadn't used her EB credit card in a while and that it may have lapsed *facepalm*. David offered to open a new card for her which would include an extra 10% off the purchase! However, corporate still had her credit card on file and just needed to reactivate it...so 10 minutes and a phone call later, the card got reactivated. While he didn't have to, David kept the extra 10% off the purchase! That's the kind of customer service we all dream about. Thanks, David from EB - you get 5/5 stars from me!

In the windows of Eddie Bauer there was a sign that the entire store was 40 % off. Clearance items were 50% off the marked down price. The sales staff was pleasant with helping us directing us to the various places they had men's raincoats which were everywhere. No one spot something I disliked but a good sales pitch because I passed by a top and that I liked and of course bought. When we were ready to purchase the items we were told if I signed up for the reward program I would receive another 10% off the purchase. Great deals.

First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.

There will be one person on register and like 8 on the floor and no one can back up? I've recently found that they have very limited variety in casual clothes for women.
