As for the sales guy sleeping as reported by a prior Yelper...yes, there was a gentleman sitting in a chair when we were there yet he had several spurts of activity (walking with a cane). I don't take offense at him resting and know how to request help when I want it. I'd also prefer that a salesperson await my question than stalk me while browsing anyway.
