Our original florist unfortunately came down with a serious health condition two months before our wedding date and could no longer provide the flowers for our wedding. Fortunately, Gerych's had availability for our date on short order! It was more expensive than we had anticipated, but they were willing to work with me when I asked about cutting costs where we could. While I was initially concerned that the bouquets didn't look like the inspiration I sent, I quickly realized that they were possibly even better. They have a trail that leads around the lake you can walk on to spend some time with God or a companion. They have many different buildings on camps. Some of them are dorm housing for overnight stays. My group came here for our church retreat just for the day. We rented the San Damiano Center which came with a nice spacious area for our small group. The kitchen was large with plenty of space for cooking and a separate area to set out the food for serving. They have 2 single stall bathrooms and there a fire place which would be useful for colder months. We had a nice spacious area on the side of our building to play a few rounds of kickball. I needed to furnish a completely empty apartment and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I was able to find for my home in just one trip. Twice New has items in every category of home decor in excellent condition. I was able to find an entire bedroom set that was brand new at half the cost of anything I found in other furniture stores I shopped in. They also have a very friendly staff who is always willing to help. One of the best parts is that they have free delivery if you live nearby. They were able to deliver a whole truckload of items that I bought from them in one trip. The boys who delivered my furniture were incredibly patient with me as I asked them to place the heavier items in different places until I found an arrangement I liked. I've also had some good luck consigning my own items with Twice New. They split 50/50 and get a lot of foot traffic so my items have sold relatively quickly. I haven't tried it yet, but from what I understand they will also pickup furniture from you and then split 55/45. Love this store and will definitely be back more often as I continue to furnish my new home!

Owner closed the shop. Found out via facebook that I had a limited time to pick up my consignment…read moreitems. Final check they wrote to me for my portion of the consigned goods that had sold came back NSF. Tried to cash it directly at the stores bank and there are still NSF in the account. Will be seeking restitution through legal system. The portion of the funds received owed to consigners should have been placed into a separate bank account. They were not operating funds. The signature on the bad check was Barbara Warren. Thankful Genesee County still has a Bad Check Restitution Program.
