I would definitely recommend People Skate and Snowboard to anyone. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

I'm super happy that the money i spent at PEOPLE didn't go to waste. I'm even happier that he gave me a few free PEOPLE stickers with my board purchase. he offered to mount my bindings but i declined since i like to adjust them to my liking and they were also about to close. In conclusion, if you're thinking about buying a new board, save yourself a headache and just go to PEOPLE. super honest and knowledgeable employees.

They had moved to another place on Dixie Highway when I was getting married. I had gone to all the usual places to find the appropriate attire for my wedding (a morning coat, with striped pants), and what I found elsewhere nearly brought me to tears - horrible clothes, badly maintained, way expensive. I remembered my dealings with Stewart, and stopped in as my last shot before getting my morning coat custom-made. Not only did Stewart come up with an outstanding coat at a reasonable price, his service was outstanding, and when I needed a minor fix at 9:00 am on the morning of my wedding, he took care of it in the store while I waited in the dressing room sans pants. I'm really glad to learn he's still in business and back in Waterford.

We drove 45 minutes to a closed location that was never indicated during the conversation. Calling again to verify location, and stressing the need for these pieces and that we had another 30 minutes ahead of us, Andrea had no empathy to remain open atleast a couple of minutes. She continued to say we close at 7 and disregarded the fact that she and her employee caused some of this confusion by not disclosing that their previous location is closed. Her lack of empathy and taking some responsibility tells me she should not be a leader of this store or any at this time. If the item was not needed in an emergency uniform requirement, we would not have even tried to make it as I do not spend money where people have no understanding or desire to admit responsibility and do something to make things right.
