The entire building exudes a sense of adventure, with its impressive size and exciting hunting decor and waterfall makes it feel like stepping into the great outdoors. I was amazed by the wide range of products they carry, from cart hart to north face to ray ban. We decided that I needed a new fishing pool for offshore fishing. We found a fantastic deal on one, and we also got a great deal on a fishing license. The service provided was exceptional and courteous. I'll be coming back here again and again to explore what other products they have that will enhance my next fishing adventure.

There was a greasy chemical applied on one of the binding part, and one of the screws was missing. I called the store and asked for refund because this is definitely not a new product and defective product given one of screws was missing. The store representative said this is definitely a new product even if packagings are open. Also it is my fault for not being able to find a screw because screw must be inside of package. I explained i examined the box very thoroughly and the missing screw is not there. However, he said it must be there, and it is my problem for not being able to find it. He stated that i have to pay for the return shipping because there is absolutely nothing wrong with this product and this is a brand new product. The worst customer service I have ever received. Strongly advise not to buy any product from this store unless you want no customer service. Of note, i left similar review on instagram and facebook, and they blocked my account. I would not trust their positive reviews on those social media because they are blocking anyone who leaves bad comments about them.

They checked the shoe department and they didn't have one either! It would seem to me to be a major failing on the part of the store manager and both department managers not to have something as basic as a shoehorn in a store that sells shoes. I left frustrated and without buying the $190 golf shoes. Dick's is heading in the same direction as other box store who have lost their customer base. Went in and the place is full of skates, snowboards, skis, etc. They are a large store and have lots of room. They also had ski goggles, a nice outerwear section, as well as a number of other things I did not look at because I was on a mission. The outerwear is organized by gender and brand so I was easily able to find something quickly. I thought the prices were comparable to larger chain stores that sell these products. But better because you are helping a local business. There were quite a few staff working who were able to help out with any questions. When I was checking out, I learned they do have a loyalty program but I opted not to join as I probably won't ever go back there. Not because it's a bad place, I just have no need to. The gentleman who cashed me out was nice and shared a lot about the store. Always nice when people can have friendly conversation and share knowledge. Everyone inside was wearing a mask! That made me so happy. Sometimes with local businesses, I don't see that. So thank you for enforcing!

This has always been a great fly rod smallmouth bass guide service in previous years. I have taken my son on 2 occasions and 4 other friends over a decade. This April I contacted my guide 10 days before a planned trip w/ concerns about fishing conditions given "100-year rains", a heavy winter snow-pack and flooding in Michigan w/ numerous tailwater dams being threatened. I was assured that the guide "was on the water and conditions were fine". This was a bold-faced lie. I traveled 350+ miles from 3 states away to find the Grand and Huron Rivers 5 feet above the high water mark in flood stage flowing like rapids with water clarity similar to chocolate milk. I specifically suggested that I was happy to reschedule later in the season when conditions were more favorable. I fully understand that guides have a limited season but lying about conditions to maintain income is just wrong. When all is said and done SO essentially stole $1,600 from me given booking fees, guide fees and tip, gas, food and lodging. Don't trust them in the future to have integrity in representing the conditions. They will say anything to preserve income. They have lost a client for life.

I ended up driving to the store but they didn't have the item that I wanted. Still, the store didn't have a bare wall or empty space as it was packed with merch. They also have "outlet"/ clearance/ final sale items in the back of the store. One employee was rude to me - I tried on a jacket but wasn't sure about the fit.
