We stopped by here this weekend, my boyfriend had a pair of shoes from a different location to return. I could use some new shoes for a work trip next month and I ended up getting a very comfy pair of Clarks sandals - my trip is in CA so they should be useful. They were a bit pricey, about $70 and then 20% off because it was clearance, but for Clarks that isn't terrible. They came in size 7.5 wide which was awesome too - since I have a wide foot, it's usually really hard for me to find comfortable shoes. FYI, this location does not have a bathroom, but I imagine TJ Maxx across the plaza probably would have one. The Novi DSW does have one but I've been finding that most DSW locations do not.

I had 4 separate orders and had pre arranged them to be returned in the order of each receipt to make it easier on both of us. She even was able to find an item I had brought to return by looking up an online order number and corresponding tag. I thought it would be a hassle to make online returns in store but not at this location. The place is also very well kept with a friendly staff, clothes neatly displayed and a wide variety of items for the whole family or just a guy looking to add a few key wardrobe pieces like me.

We have a four month old daughter and most of her stuff is from Carter's. I finally visited the store the other day, it was a long time overdue because I lived five minutes away. They had a large selection of things I had seen online plus some other things as well. The first time I visited the store it was to pick up an online order, but I also ended up buying some cute stuff too. The second time it was to see if I could change up a size of something I bought online. They did not have the coat in store, but they were able to order it online for me for no cost. I definitely recommend signing up for their credit card, as well, because you get free shipping on anything with it. Definitely dangerous because you could buy something for like five dollars and it shipped for free, haha, but with an infant, it's been pretty nice to just shop from my phone or a computer. Overall, I recommend this location and I will be back at some point.

The first snowstorm of the year happened a few days ago…read more My husband and i decided to visit Kensington Park. We arrived there expecting that there will be sleds, snowboards or skies available for rent. Unfortunately, there was no company around to offer snow equipment for rent on site. Searched on Yelp and found several sports shops and snow resorts that offer equipment for rent. Looking at the rent per day which is $39 per set, we decided to buy used equipment at Play It Again Sports. As we entered the store, there was already a line of parents and their kids at the register. Despite the short commotion, we were greeted by a big and tall caucasian guy. Originally thought he was the only one who worked there. Turns out there were other guys standing on the other side of the store that completely ignored us. A good suggestion for this store is for the employees to have at least a uniform or a nameplate to identify them as an employee. After finishing the last customer, the tall guy came towards and toured us around the store. He answered our return policy inquiry which convinced us into buying the equipment with no hesitation. 14 days return and refund if we are not fully satisfied. He enrolled us in the rewards program to track our order history and easy return. Great service! Speaking of equipment, this location had a lot of options for new and used skies and snowboarding equipment, for as low $20 for the shoes, and $12 poles. The lowest i could find for the snowboard with bindings was around $120. The burton shoes that is brand new was a steal for $80 compared to the online price of $180, minus the box ;-) We saw used frisbees, equipment and apparel for hockey, ice skating, golf and other types of sports. We kinda feel old to start a new hobby at a cost, so this store was the ideal place for us to get second-hand equipment. Will be back for my husband's snowboard and shoes ;-)

The prices are higher than many of the other outdoor brands in today's marketplace for outer wear but in the premium space that this brand operates in they are very reasonably priced versus the competition. On this occasion I was looking for a quality raincoat to take with me on an upcoming trip to Alaska. Prior to coming to this North face, I stopped in at the local REI store that carries pretty much most, if not all of the premium outer wear brands where the costs were quite high and/or the material and associated weight the of the raincoat's did not seem substantial enough for me as an engineer where robustness is always a top criteria for me. From there, I headed to North Face and found exactly what I was looking for in the Antora raincoat regularly $130 where I got it at $89 on sale. This jacket like all of North Face merchandise was well made, with a heavier grade material, felt substantial to the touch and looks pretty darn good/cool. Aesthetics are a big part of why I buy these North Face products and this jacket did not disappoint. Overall if quality and robustness matters to you when buying your outer wear and you are willing to pay a premium for it than North Face and this store should be right up your alley.

He double checked them all, and wanted to make sure we were happy. He did a lot of running around to find styles /sizes for us to try, and it never felt he was pushing anything. We are really happy with the suits my husband selected. Alterations are done on site, and the seamstress was able to come out and advise on what would be best. Jos A Bank's return policy online states that returns on items purchased over 90 days ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT and must be returned in store. How the hell is corporate OK with this little shit branch going against their policy? I guess they can't enforce it, hence why this brand is garbage. The store attendant made a case of observing that I was returning 7 different items (6 purchased within the last week and 1 purchased over 90 days), and stated "You have too many returns, we no longer accept internet returns." Had I had only 1 item to return it probably wouldn't have been a problem. I was in the store on the phone with customer service when corporate denied any changes to their policy... so who is to believe and who is to blame? 1 star to corporate because they can't keep their branches in line, 1 star to this location because they're pissy the online store is "killing their business".
