I stopped in and was greeted by the lovely Jess who went out of her way to check on me and talk to me several times before I made my purchase. She even offered to check online inventory if their was something I had an eye out for but didn't see it in stock. I was particularly impressed with her ability to explain what the soles on the bottom of the shoe are for and the difference between different running and terrain running shoes. In the end I went with a pair of Brooks running shoes and was very happy with the purchase and the price. It was the same price as Amazon so I was pleased with my purchase and Ashley at the register told us that there was a triple points coupon online that we wouldn't have known about otherwise to use on this purchase to get our rewards faster.

Both my husband and I knew which styles and sizes we were after, having worn SAS for years. I was told by the store salesman that if I ordered my size and is was not correct I was "stuck with them." The rep said they were returnable. The staff member argued with him. Really! Take it into the stock room. We wanted to purchase at the Trunk Show to save $15 each pair. At $140 - $180 average, it is a good deal. I witnessed one staff chastising another for not following up on a phone order since the customer was calling again "chomping at the bit". My husband picked out a style in the men's section, only to find women's stock in the boxes. Not surprising, it is s little disorganized. Instead of our 2 or 3 pair order, we left empty handed. I had a quick word with the rep and explained that we refuse to order from the store, as we do not want to deal with the rudeness. I realize the discount was for the trunk show, but we prefer to order direct from SAS. I intend to call them Monday in San Antonio to talk about this issue. This store is a poor representation of a great product. This is an American manufacturer that should be supported. I felt bad for the rep. He was stuck there all day. Take my advice, The Shoe Store in Brighton and on M59 carry SAS. Go there. From experience, I can vouch that staff at Brighton are friendly and helpful. What a contrast to Hershey's. But not so much that it annoyed me. I went in looking for my first quality hat, and she worked very hard to try to find one in the price range that I was looking for in a style that worked for me. Horrible Santa Reservation System - Children Left Disappointed…read more I prepaid and made reservations for a 2:30 PM visit with Santa today at Twelve Oaks Mall for my 8-year-old daughter and her friend. When we arrived there were two lines--one for reservations and one for walk-ups--but absolutely no organization whatsoever. No one was actually checking reservation times, so people with later time slots could have easily been standing ahead of us in line for all we know. We stood in the "reservation" line for 25 minutes with zero movement, and when we finally asked, the manager told us they were still on 1:30 PM appointments and were not actually checking appointment times until you got to the front of the line- not sure what good that does. She even admitted things were not set up correctly and things were not running smoothly, but had no explanation as to why no one was checking times when putting people in line. We unfortunately had to leave because we had already waited with no progress and two disappointed little girls who didn't even get to see Santa. And after all that, they told me no refund was possible even though they clearly weren't honoring the reservation time I paid for. Very poor organization, very disappointing for kids, and extremely unprofessional to take payment up front without providing what was purchased. I really hope management sees this, because this was NOT at all the magical Santa experience we paid for. I would absolutely not recommend booking here based on today's experience.
