If not then they will assist you in finding it and/or point you in the right direction. They won't sell you a product just to make a sale. Brian the owner has set me up with multiple rod/reel combos best suited to what I'm looking to use them for. Helped me with fit to size waders and wading boots. All the guys are very knowledgeable in fly tying and their products because they actually use their own products. Have never had a sub par experience. I've on multiple occasions dropped by just to ask questions or look around and haven't bought anything just because I love the place so much. Also good on keeping fish reports and water flow levels up to date. I'd be hard pressed to give my business anywhere else. Take a peek at some of their fly tying/fly fishing tutorials. I didn't really anticipate ending up at Dick's on Black Friday, but it was a pretty good…read moreexperience. It wasn't super busy, which was nice to not have to fight crowds. Nate was looking to try on some soccer shoes for sizing, and we were meeting my family for dinner at Mitchell's nearby, so we stopped in here for a bit. The store was bright, clean, and well-stocked. We were able to find an employee right away to help us pull sizes. The shoe selection was vast and had some sales going on. They had a huge wall of Stanleys which was so vibrant and colorful! I also noticed some really fun Lions gear. The parking lot is large, but it was quite busy, so you may have to park a little further out and walk a bit.

She provided a print out of the receipt for me. She did not provide a detailed receipt but it showed the date, transaction number, item and amount of sale At the store I encountered the Manager, Eric who as very rude and condescending. He told me I could not return the item even though the customer service representative told me I could. Eric did not take time to look up any information and advised me, the return policy limited returns to 30 days. being confused after this exchange, I then contacted the online complaint department and spoke with a representative (Sabrina) who was also very helpful and researched my issues. after researching the issues she contacted her supervisor and advised me I could return the item to the store after looking up my receipt which included the extended warranty. Sabrina then call the store to speak with Eric about the return. She then advised me I would be able to return the item after speaking with Eric. the next day, I went to the store and spoke with Eric who again was rude and wanted to justify his earlier decision to reject the return as I did not tell him I had an extended warranty. If he had taken time to look up the sale he would have seen that I did purchase the extended warranty. Eric was not customer friendly and I advised him I would not engage in an argument with him. he begrudgingly processed the refund. I would advise that: 1. you not purchase the Maxfli 2024 Hybrid Travel Cover. 2. Retain all receipts 3. document your conversations with all team members I will not be shopping at the Lansing store where Eric is the manager.

It's ri-Dick-ulous that they have some of the prices they have. Located in East Lansing, a little bit out of town a couple of miles from where all the college students live and go to school, you will find this overpriced Sports good store attached to one of the biggest malls in the area. If you park around by it then it's not too bad to get in and out of and you don't have to go into the actual mall. The main problem with it is the pricing. Employees here are not too bad although some of them are... you know... but then you knew that because of the name of the place.

Today, I went in to get my daughters new glove steamed. The salesperson made sure he told me the proper care to finish getting it broke in and more importantly ho told me what not to do. While I was waiting on the steaming, I was able to grab a few small items that my kids will also need. While the store is smaller than the big box stores, they have more of what you need than the big box stores. You can't go wrong here.
