I was a bit skeptical about attending a wedding reception at a sports complex. However, the large…read moresoccer field made for a perfect spot for a large tent, that you need to rent from an outside source. One good thing: there is plenty of parking. It's easy to find with Waze or Google maps (It's in South Lansing). There's a barn-like structure that serve as a bar, Cleats Bar and Grille, with tables inside, and on the patio just outside. The only downside of having an event here is that you need to walk across grass to get to your tent. It did downpour for a couple minutes earlier in the day for the reception I attended, but the grass was not soggy. There was a wood plank layer down, but not all the way to the tent. Again, that may be up to the facility renter, not the complex. All in all, the reception was a blast. They had a large wooden dance floor and a DJ blasting tunes.

I replied that I would, but also said that I didn't see how it would change my opinion, and what was done was done. To my utter amazement, after I gave them the details that they asked for, the customer service agent was able to pull up the receipt for our order. They were able to see which product I was talking about not wanting to purchase. This really did shock me. They took the time to do a little investigative work. Great, as that shows you at least care about what your customers are telling you. Now, as I'm sure most of you know, in this grey market, refunds ain't exactly happening, and I get it. I'm not going to lose a wink of sleep over that. It is what it is, and the only people to blame for that are the jackholes in DC that can't seem to get their heads out of their posteriors, as they are too busy sticking to debunked Reefer Madness lies to do anything useful concerning cannabis, and making it legal nationwide without a bunch of BS. Anyway, before I get rolling on a tangent, let's get back on track. After the problem was identified, what they could do was slap some frequent flier miles on my account worth $20. Cool. That works. I can live with this, and I believe the message was received, and steps have been taken to talk to their budtenders to take the time to listen to the customer. The back and forth with the emails was professional, courteous, and friendly. So with all this in mind, I've chosen to update my review, and throw some positive bones around. They could have just ignored me, and again, I wouldn't have lost a wink of sleep. I had said my piece, and was done. The matter closed in my mind. They chose to try to correct the problem rather than ignore it, and for that they are to be commended.

I had to go and claim it and take it to another store to fix. Very frustrating cost me money and time driving there and back from Lansing's east side.
