I reached out to them after searching for a M116 Mod 1-m 223 wylde upper, and they were the last ones who still carrying that, and I took one of the two they had, and the price wasn't that bad too, while everyone was selling that at higher price, NJG sold it at a "Too good to be true" price, so I did researches online to confirm the legitimacy of NJG, and called to confirm stock and placed the order online, shipping was very fast, arrived within a week, and however the package was screwed up by UPS I believe, the handguard had a piece of aluminum chipped off, NJG upon knowing what's going on, the owner quickly replying my emails, and helped reaching out to PWS, and since this item is basically something really hard to find and limited stock, so PWS takes over the repair or replacement, and the owner is still helping to make sure PWS takes care of my needs. I kind of regretted that I didn't know NJG earlier, so I purchased the mod 1-m/Pro lower from someone else, or otherwise I get the mod 2-m lower from NJG as well to complete my rifle as the MK116 Compound instead of a pure Mod 1-m. October 2, 2024 found a knife on the website. Just over $178 each. Model : AFO II. I called and confirmed it was a genuine make and correct price. When I inquired about bulk quantity discount mentioned on the site, the employee on the phone checked with someone and told me that the request must go through Webmaster. I wrote asking for a multiple item purchase discount price for 6 knives. October 3, 2024 received email back with a "bulk" price of $209. Higher than the website price. I then checked and saw the website price had been raised by $92 each to $270! I wrote back telling them I saw that they had raised the price and asked if they would honor the original listed price. They agreed to lower the price for me if I went through the process of asking on their web form. Only because I complained and knew they had switched the price did I get an adjustment. Don't go here if you want assistance buying a gun. Upon entering a young man with a mouth full of skoal greeted us. My husband had emptied his Kel Tec P-3AT 380 before we entered the store, he showed the young man and told him it was empty, the reason for showing him the gun is because its a very small gun very easy to conceal, and its the type of gun that I want and was looking for. The young man grabbed the gun from my husbands hand and checked chamber and looked to see that the clip was out of the gun. Then shoved the gun back at my husband and told him to put it back in his pocket. He Told us that they don't carry anything like that, there is no demand for that type of gun and they don't make it anymore and pointed to the room behind us that we could look at pistols. I said do you order guns and he said yes but you won't find a 22 like that, and my husband told him that the gun was a 380 and he said I'm aware "LOL then why did he call it a 22." He also told us that they didn't make the gun anymore. He clearly did not want to help us. I found him to be cocky, a know it all, but didn't know anything. 1. I buy all of my firearms from this place and drive an hour to get there. It's a small shop, always busy but they do their level best to help as fast as superior customer service allows. They have never tried to up-sell me. They even tried to talk me out of a certain mossburg shotgun that my inner child had to have. I told them what I was looking for in a conceal carry pistol with night sights, and I bought a 5th option that I was semi-considering. I was mostly looking for a Glock 43 with night sights. They made a suggestion based on what I was looking for in a conceal carry pistol, and put a Glock 43x with Ameriglo HD night sights in my hands, which I had previously considered, and ended up purchasing. I picked Not Just Guns because they had the best reviews on Google. But I'm assuming most of those customers must not have purchased a faulty gun. They didn't stand behind their product. I bought a Taurus GTC and paid extra for upgraded sights that were recommended to me by the salesman. The rear sight screw broke off and the front sight just wobbles back and forth. Tried to get it repaired, they hung on to the gun for 5-6 weeks and never fixed it despite talking to the owner and he assured me he would make it right. Left several messages to the owner after dropping off the gun and he never returned my calls. When i was finally fed up with waiting i asked to get the gun back after they ordered the wrong sights. When i went in to pick it up he said he would mail me new sights. Been a month... nothing. Taurus won't stand behind the gun either. Tried with both Not Just Guns and Taurus and neither will give me a refund on the gun. Taurus said that I could mail it in and get it serviced in 3-4 months before getting it back. That's terrible warranty service. I install furnaces for a living and if I told someone it would take 3 months to fix a brand new furnace I installed they'd probably burn my business down. I do not endorse Taurus and Not Just Guns is no better. They easily could have made this situation right and took care of me by offering a refund but apparently the $300 I spent on a personal carry pistol isn't enough to get them to care. It was really awesome that when I walked in the store and set there for three mins made a crack at the guy oh I got three other things going on but what can I help you with should walked out right then the guy behind the counter his remark was kinda rude I ask him if he had the gun I wanted to buy he said I sure do he said do you want to see it I said no I want to buy it he said ok the guy started the paper work I finished it had the gun and ready to pay then I set there for 20 minutes watching a guy talk to another guy about buying bulk ammo so I Sat there for 10 more mins if i didn't do the paper work on the gun I would have walked out $800 later very rude guys one guy was really nice the rest where really rude I run a Business too I am very prompt with my customers and don't treat them rude even if I am having a bad day not cool not want to go back and buy anything else from Those guys...... one star for the nice guy read more
