Super helpful and friendly. I love that they are in to selling firearms and accessories and not politics like so many gun shops these days. Got exactly what I was looking for and no pressure. read more

Overall, I have been very impressed by the range of products offered and by the level of service provided. This is an operation that takes the time to understand your needs and to suggest what products fit that need. They do not push - everything is at your own pace. I always feel welcomed when I go there. I highly recommend Not Just Guns. After going to a number of different gun stores in the Lansing area, this is the one that really made me feel welcome and that worked with me to meet my needs. Only complaint - their gun transfer fees are on the high side. My go-to place - try it! read more

This is my go to store now. The fastest shipping I have experienced. Ordered my firearm on Sunday. Got it on Wed. Can't beat that. Not just for guns is on point. Super highly recommended. read more

Fast shipping and an amazing price on a Garmin Xero C1. Didn't need any customer service, but would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for PWS (Primary Weapons Systems) anything, here is one of the best places you can look at. I reached out to them after searching for a M116 Mod 1-m 223 wylde upper, and they were the last ones who still carrying that, and I took one of the two they had, and the price wasn't that bad too, while everyone was selling that at higher price, NJG sold it at a "Too good to be true" price, so I did researches online to confirm the legitimacy of NJG, and called to confirm stock and placed the order online, shipping was very fast, arrived within a week, and however the package was screwed up by UPS I believe, the handguard had a piece of aluminum chipped off, NJG upon knowing what's going on, the owner quickly replying my emails, and helped reaching out to PWS, and since this item is basically something really hard to find and limited stock, so PWS takes over the repair or replacement, and the owner is still helping to make sure PWS takes care of my needs. I kind of regretted that I didn't know NJG earlier, so I purchased the mod 1-m/Pro lower from someone else, or otherwise I get the mod 2-m lower from NJG as well to complete my rifle as the MK116 Compound instead of a pure Mod 1-m. Thank you NJG and I will keep you posted for any update provided by PWS! Hope to do business with you again soon! read more

October 2, 2024 found a knife on the website. Just over $178 each. Model : AFO II. I called and confirmed it was a genuine make and correct price. When I inquired about bulk quantity discount mentioned on the site, the employee on the phone checked with someone and told me that the request must go through Webmaster. I wrote asking for a multiple item purchase discount price for 6 knives. October 3, 2024 received email back with a "bulk" price of $209. Higher than the website price. I then checked and saw the website price had been raised by $92 each to $270! I wrote back telling them I saw that they had raised the price and asked if they would honor the original listed price. They agreed to lower the price for me if I went through the process of asking on their web form. Only because I complained and knew they had switched the price did I get an adjustment. Price swapping in the middle of a transaction is very unethical and deceptive. read more

Buying online you still have to pay a "shipping fee" for an in stock/pickup at store gun. Learned to go to store and purchase to avoid this "fee". read more

There is no place I would rather take my business. Not Just Guns provides the best value in the industry. Not only great prices, but they will work with you and their online distributors to get you exactly what you want at a great price. They are extremely honest about their business practices and this will allow them to weather any political storm. Truly no better place to shop in the industry. read more

Don't go here if you want assistance buying a gun. Upon entering a young man with a mouth full of skoal greeted us. My husband had emptied his Kel Tec P-3AT 380 before we entered the store, he showed the young man and told him it was empty, the reason for showing him the gun is because its a very small gun very easy to conceal, and its the type of gun that I want and was looking for. The young man grabbed the gun from my husbands hand and checked chamber and looked to see that the clip was out of the gun. Then shoved the gun back at my husband and told him to put it back in his pocket. He Told us that they don't carry anything like that, there is no demand for that type of gun and they don't make it anymore and pointed to the room behind us that we could look at pistols. I said do you order guns and he said yes but you won't find a 22 like that, and my husband told him that the gun was a 380 and he said I'm aware "LOL then why did he call it a 22." He also told us that they didn't make the gun anymore. He clearly did not want to help us. I found him to be cocky, a know it all, but didn't know anything. 1. They still make the kel tec P-3AT 380 2. Most gun shops order guns 3. We just turned and left the store as it was obvious they didn't want our business 4. The gun shop just down the road had lots of small 380's like I was looking for and I will give them my business, that's a $500.00 sale Guns and More won't see from this customer. read more

Not Just Guns - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Mason, Michigan

Hello, I've created this anonymous account purposely because of my issues with my recent transaction over the weekend. I tried purchasing a product from this website with ~$600 value and lost 20% of my purchase when I tried to return. It was "re-stocking" fee. I am new to gun safety, laws, and regulations but this website had no protection, warning, or safeguards in place. Unfortunately when the website said "we will ship to home" that didn't really mean "ship to home." I will not be using this company again nor promoting it. Blakubs read more

Got a brand new Glock 43X from Not Just Guns. And wow!!! What a beauty. The guys had told me about an add on that would help to make my new gun really pop. So I ordered my 43x to be Cerakoted. It came in and is a Tiffany Blue. I am in LOVE!!! Still has a factory warranty. The team at Not Just Guns is amazing and I will be back when I am ready to purchase my next Gorgeous Gun! read more

I buy all of my firearms from this place and drive an hour to get there. It's a small shop, always busy but they do their level best to help as fast as superior customer service allows. They have never tried to up-sell me. They even tried to talk me out of a certain mossburg shotgun that my inner child had to have. In short, you may have to wait, however, it's worth it in my humble opinion. Give them a shot. P.S. If you buy a high point, don't blame them because you own it. read more

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Spent extra time with great customer service. Went to purchase an item that wasn't available when I showed up however I was given a better option with plenty of discounted accessories. This is the best place to shop in the Lansing area. read more

Been going to Not Just Guns now for around 4 yrs. I bypass every other firearm store to drive from Lansing to purchase another firearm from this store. Why? Because all of us are family on a larger scale....on a smaller scale I only shop this store because they always treat you like family with the friendliest, most knowledgeable owner and staff in the industry. I consider myself lucky to be close enough for a short ride to my favorite "toy" store in Michigan. Thanks Mike for all that you do in supporting our 2A rights in such a friendly way! I purchased a pistol 2 weeks ago from them. The staff was helpful. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted. They had 3 of the 4 guns in stock that I was considering. I told them what I was looking for in a conceal carry pistol with night sights, and I bought a 5th option that I was semi-considering. I was mostly looking for a Glock 43 with night sights. They made a suggestion based on what I was looking for in a conceal carry pistol, and put a Glock 43x with Ameriglo HD night sights in my hands, which I had previously considered, and ended up purchasing. They listened to me, told me what they had in stock, put several guns in my hands and made a good suggestion. I'm very happy with my experience and will go back. read more

Have made all my purchases with this business for years. Always knowledgeable on everything they sell. Never once had an issue always happy with purchase and price. For the negative review on here "one" I wouldn't even read that. If you go to the store I'm sure if something did go wrong "shipping " they will address it with an alternative option if you can't wait. With the pressure these stores are getting be happy you still have a store like this to purchase from. In the near future might be a thing if the past. Love this place! read more

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! It's a smaller store but their products are quality and very unique and they have something for just about anybody and their price ranges are definitely fair I will be stopping by again in the future. read more

I picked Not Just Guns because they had the best reviews on Google. But I'm assuming most of those customers must not have purchased a faulty gun. They didn't stand behind their product. I bought a Taurus GTC and paid extra for upgraded sights that were recommended to me by the salesman. The rear sight screw broke off and the front sight just wobbles back and forth. Tried to get it repaired, they hung on to the gun for 5-6 weeks and never fixed it despite talking to the owner and he assured me he would make it right. Left several messages to the owner after dropping off the gun and he never returned my calls. When i was finally fed up with waiting i asked to get the gun back after they ordered the wrong sights. When i went in to pick it up he said he would mail me new sights. Been a month... nothing. Taurus won't stand behind the gun either. Tried with both Not Just Guns and Taurus and neither will give me a refund on the gun. Taurus said that I could mail it in and get it serviced in 3-4 months before getting it back. That's terrible warranty service. I install furnaces for a living and if I told someone it would take 3 months to fix a brand new furnace I installed they'd probably burn my business down. I do not endorse Taurus and Not Just Guns is no better. They easily could have made this situation right and took care of me by offering a refund but apparently the $300 I spent on a personal carry pistol isn't enough to get them to care. Guess I just bought a brand new broken pistol. Not a fan. Buyer beware. read more
