I have been going to mango cannabis for since the day they opened, it's always been amazing prices great products and a warm and welcoming atmosphere & happy to help. But the last 3 weeks. So I was on a waiting list for a "brand" of RSO Indica! That brand that helps me sleep through my pain at night. After 8 days they call me they call to tell me it came in! So they added 2 indica syringes to my order to go. I go pick it up at the window, mind you I'm waiting on my license to come in the mail. So somebody's got to pick it up until my license comes so they bring it home excited to have it I take everything out of the bag only there brand of the RSO I waited eight days for? Oh they sent a syringe of RSO I was charged, which would have been okay if it was even Indica but it was sativa. I know it was for sleep cuz I had been waiting, I sent my boyfriend in there with the list Friday for an event we had Saturday so we'd be able to smoke I told him to get the two gram MKX it was top of the list they even showed it to me! We got to the event Saturday we grab the Mango bag only no vape, when he went in there with the list Friday night they showed me the vape to make sure it was right one somehow it never made it to the bag. I've been waiting on a delivery for three hours. They told me that the driver would be heading out the door in 15 minutes that was at 5 o'clock, it's now seven mind you I had to call and double check the order because I had been waiting prior to that phone call an hour.... The store was amazing to me! I left there today after seeing everything and all the venders. Me and my girl went there for our significant others. We shopped together, I spent more money than her because I was shopping longer lol. She checked out right before me, we both left like this is our new place! HELL YEAH!!! Until we check our bags, they were sooo differently sized in value. Being the person I am, I go back later cause me and my significant other was going to eat with our tickets. We got there after the time, which was okay! I go in cause I know they remember me, I was all friendly with them. Even saved this girls tips from being stolen!!! Chat it up with the girls up front how great this was and they should do it more often!! She gave me more stickers and sent me in..... I took my receipt to the budtender being friendly and laughing it up. She said oh no, I know we started filling some up differently but I agree you two shouldn't have been given different bags and you even spent more money, being a good person, She went to the back to see how she could make it right, The manager I see all the time, I joke with him and everything, came out and said basically sorry, your SOL!!!!! and sent me on my way! Wow!!!! I was shocked I said well damn I thought you would make it right, he said no sorry, I said well you don't make it right by someone they won't be back! THIS F..ING MANAGER LET ME WALK OUT OF THERE WITHOUT MAKING IT RIGHT!!!!! Little does he know 7 brew just opened down the road and I brought them tons of business soooo as easy as I can bring it, I can eliminate it too! Don't want your stickers, going in the trash, or stuck all over the top of several! And f... your piece of s... bag too! read more

This place is absolutely amazing! They make it a point to go above and beyond to make their customers happy! For example, on their grand opening they were giving out goodie bags; and these bags were LOADED with stuff! I was in the lobby when they ran out bags, it was definitely a gloomy energy in the air when everyone started to realize. Instead of letting people leave empty handed, they sent a couple people in the back to start immediately whipping up some extras for the people that had been waiting for a long time. I realized they weren't as full of course (it was obvious they were scrounging for stuff just to make their guests happy) none the less, I left with over a handful of items and I was BEYOND thankful that they could gather what they did,just to make sure my wait was worth while!
