Everything matched, but he insisted a physical card was required--even though nothing in the ordering process mentioned this. He also claimed online orders "aren't connected to his store," which makes no sense in 2025 when everything is digital. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, he simply told us to "call online," even though their online department wasn't open yet. Because of Todd's unprofessional and outdated approach, what should have been a simple order pickup turned into a frustrating waste of time. What's even more concerning is that Todd still makes photocopies of physical credit cards and staples them to orders--meaning stacks of customers' CC numbers are just sitting around the store. That's not just old-school; it's a serious security risk. We've been customers for 30 years, and after this experience, we won't be returning. Once their separate online store opens, we'll be canceling entirely. If you're an online buyer--beware. There is zero mention anywhere that virtual cards aren't accepted, nor that a physical card is required for pickup. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy, outdated policies, and complete absence of common sense.

i have the protection360 plan, so i went in to replace my broken screen protector. i was glanced…read moreat, but ignored and not greeted. after 10ish minutes of awkwardly standing there, a worker asked me "what i wanted". i didn't complain about the poor service and just explained i needed a screen protector and provided the type of iphone and screen protector. the man turned around, called a different name, then a bigger white man (i did not catch anybody's name) came out. he also did not greet me, but asked again for the type of phone and screen protector. i handed it to him, and he did it pretty quickly. he handed it to me without saying anything nor looking at me and immediately made his way to the back of the store and disappeared. when i looked down, there was the most horrendous air bubbles. so much dust too, it looks like he didn't even attempt to try. i asked the original worker who didn't have a name tag if i could get another and he stared blankly at me. i walked out, drove to the frandor one, and explained what had happened (at this point, i was doubting myself thinking i was in the wrong somehow). they looked at my phone, and BURSTED into laughter. they apologized and said they couldn't believe an employee had done this to me. they took a picture and fixed my screen protector. will forever continue going to the frandor location. this location has always had poor customer service but this was unbelievable!
