Respectfully, there's two sides to every story, but she said she had a negative experience. She's had some sort of issue with the screen of her Samsung Galaxy Flip smartphone dislodging from its shell or breaking in some manner. It's not a Verizon phone, or even on a plan with Verizon, so totally understandable that you would send her to AT&T where it came from but she said she was brushed off rudely when looking for assistance. She's not tech savvy and obviously up there in age but the interaction was rude and very much "please leave" from her perspective. Try and be a little more patient with older folks or those in need please.

While the signal with Verizon is better mainly in rural areas, that's about all that is better. We utilized Verizon for a year and then recently switched over to Mint Mobile. I have 3 lines for the cost of 1 at Verizon and amazing customer service with Mint. Verizon is too big to care about their customers with overpriced plans and rude store fronts. I won't be going back.

I tried stopping in tonight on a quick run as I ran out of a particular tube of paint, and I nearly walked right into a door because they had both of the inner doors of the vestibule locked. I could walk in from the street, but the nearly face planted in a door that was supposed to open automatically. An employee came over and unlocked one of the doors, earbuds in her ears, apologizing while explaining she was on a phone call or something. She was immediately all too eager to let me know the store closes in than 20 minutes. Yeah, I could tell. It's a huge pet peeve of mine when stores try to shut down shop during their opening hours. Your store hours you close at 9:00p, not 8:37. There's a Michaels on the other side of town I've only been to a couple of times but even with the automated self check out there, people there I think are much friendlier it might be worth the drive next time.
