i have the protection360 plan, so i went in to replace my broken screen protector. i was glanced…read moreat, but ignored and not greeted. after 10ish minutes of awkwardly standing there, a worker asked me "what i wanted". i didn't complain about the poor service and just explained i needed a screen protector and provided the type of iphone and screen protector. the man turned around, called a different name, then a bigger white man (i did not catch anybody's name) came out. he also did not greet me, but asked again for the type of phone and screen protector. i handed it to him, and he did it pretty quickly. he handed it to me without saying anything nor looking at me and immediately made his way to the back of the store and disappeared. when i looked down, there was the most horrendous air bubbles. so much dust too, it looks like he didn't even attempt to try. i asked the original worker who didn't have a name tag if i could get another and he stared blankly at me. i walked out, drove to the frandor one, and explained what had happened (at this point, i was doubting myself thinking i was in the wrong somehow). they looked at my phone, and BURSTED into laughter. they apologized and said they couldn't believe an employee had done this to me. they took a picture and fixed my screen protector. will forever continue going to the frandor location. this location has always had poor customer service but this was unbelievable! He gave me all the information stating I could get a discount for being a long-term customer by going online and they would also be able to waive the activation fee. He was very patient and had a very friendly attitude. Now, the Lansing store on Edgewood is not very nice to be in. I think it is great people get to listen to music in their store, but not everyone likes all music types. Saying that, I think it would be nice to keep the music at a comfortable volume and not one you have to yell over to speak to someone. It would be much better to keep the music general because some people do not want to hear swearing in it. This particular store also smelled of pot, not a nice smell for a business. Not something most people prefer to have to deal with while waiting to be serviced. We waited about 8 minutes before someone came over. I told him what I wanted, then he said he'd go look to see if they had any.
