Gadget Guys Tech L.L.C. is a business in South Lansing Michigan that buys, sells, trades, and…read morerepairs Computers, Cell Phones, Tablets, video game Consoles, Televisions, and "your favorite tech and gadgets" which means they pretty much can do whatever you need...e.g. such as data recovery, cracked screens, battery replacement, charger port repair. I like to go there because they are friendly, and do good work, but also, one of the reasons I go to them is because they BEAT everyone's prices in town! They also come to your business or home if you need medium or small scale network or security or other electronics equipment installed as well. They have an online store on their website (I think they buy in bulk or something, because they always have really great deals on new and used stuff) and they have rare items sometimes too. I feel like I know them and their abilities pretty well, because, I've stopped by and used their services numerous times for my own personal (and business needs as well), and I have been very happy with the results every time! Sometimes I find coupons and bring them in so I can get a percentage off from the price, or get other discounts by purchasing two or more items. The location and hours make it easy to stop by or just do a drop off and go, because there is tons of free parking there, and they are open from 10AM-8PM Monday-Saturday, so there is never a problem getting in there, and getting my stuff fixed or taking care of business. They're located in Lansing Michigan near Holt in the plaza across the street from Lowes, between the coffee shop and the attorneys office e.g. it is right where I96 crosses Cedar St., same side as Causeway Bay hotel

I would not recommend this repair shop…read more I brought my Xbox Series X in because it was randomly shutting off while playing Rainbow Six Siege. They told me the issue was the thermal paste, so they professionally cleaned the console and replaced it. The problem wasn't fixed. I took it back, and they replaced the thermal paste again. Once again, the issue remained exactly the same. After that, they simply told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, which also did not solve the problem. Instead of properly diagnosing the console, they kept repeating the same repair that clearly wasn't addressing the issue. I paid for a repair and ended up with the exact same problem I started with. A proper diagnostic should have looked at other possible causes, such as the power supply, storage, or motherboard, instead of repeatedly blaming the thermal paste. Overall, I wasted time and money and left with an Xbox that still has the same issue. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.
