Although I admit, a constant barrage of niceties and fluff would be rather annoying long term, it is especially refreshing that all the while you're being shuffled from one professional to another during the various phases of the exam, those attending to you are as I said; professional. Such growth. From 3 years ago to now, they've proven a difference. At least to me. My questions were thoughtfully answered.
