His texts were less than two minutes before he closed the chat and did something that would not allow the chat to connect to another human agent. His name was Lon. I am not even at&T customer, but I'm trying to help my neighbor who can't speak the language address an issue AT&T is being absolutely impossible to connect with anyone. This is an absolute horrible situation and I would suggest nobody use AT&T because you're never going to get any assistance.
