This location is my favorite. Super easy to find what you're looking for. Always clean and organized. There are always carts ready to go when you walk in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of items. As well as a lot of organic items which is one of the main reasons I keep my Costco membership. I love all the fresh organic produce they have. Things I would change..... I miss the fresh Seafood and Meat pop up station they used to have on the weekend. It was great to be able to get great steaks or seafood in whatever quantity I needed. As well as a lot of Prime Beef. I wish they would carry more Wild Caught Seafood instead of Farm Raised. Last but not least. Everyone loves their Rotisserie Chicken. I spend between $10.000 to $20.000 a year and I go all the us I drive truck. and I go to Castco a lot. and I write check. but a few checks came back I do pay for all my check. but I started having problems due to Wells Fargo wasn't transferring money to my bank that i was writing the check on. but i never complained about the money i just paid it. now im white I never had a problem. the last check that came back was mine but on my wife card so she paid it. my wife is Latina so the but a block on my account. i complained to main office and the manager called me today he was rude on the phone. told me it would stay on. castco manger is racist.in Moore Oklahoma Ok. Bought expensive tires about 18k ago. Since then I have had 3 tire replacements on the outside of my tire including one right after I left and drove to kohls next to cotsco I noticed a huge bulge in the tire. They wanted me to pay for it. Then the first time they told me i was to late for my appt and wouldn't do it that day when I was 3 mins late so I had to get the general manager. Then the bulge happened. The third one i got a random cut in the side of my tire when driving. Each time I asked to have them rotated including the last ad they say every 10k miles he said the new tire has so go in the back i said you put my last New tire in the front and I requested a rotation each time ahead of time and every time they say you have to ask for it before which I did when making the appt and reminding them at the counter and never got it done so now I have two brand new tires on the drivers side and not on the passenger. To say the least I am not sure how I get the same front desk person but he has a negative poor attitude everytime you go there. To say the least I'll be going elsewhere for new tires. I spend A LOT of money at costco but regardless the bulge was caused by them I'm sure hitting the lift and me asking for the rotation when setting the appt 3 times now and having these tires give me so many issues in under 16k miles is ridiculous. I have a 80k mile warranty and somehow it went from $25 for the new tire to over $100! Costco is great for a lot but stay away for tires. read more

I've gotta say that in the wake of Corona, Costco really pulled up their bootstraps and figured shit out to keep its patrons safe! Forcing social distancing protocols... good for you. Implementing, yellow taped lines at checkout to space out patrons effectively, co-poly barriers between customers and the cashiers' keyboards, employee glove usage, 1-in-1-out distancing protocols, food court kiosks...all nicely done. It's unfortunate that they needed to put rationing into effect for certain items due to all the whackados hoarding toilet paper and other such things but I appreciate that they squared it away so normal people have a fighting chance to wipe their asses in Thunderdome. read more

When going to the gas station to fill up my car, someone came over and said because I have a large tank and my car takes premium fuel, they had to "time it"... the gentleman rudely stopped me getting gas, pumped some gas in my tank and timed it, stopped (didn't finish fueling my car), and walked away. I told him I didn't want him to do this and to leave me alone - it was creepy - and afterwords when I complained again he told me "then don't come on Monday". This is the worst Costco I've ever been to. The employees are so rude. Jill is a jerk and acts like everything is an inconvenience or a problem. Kevin is the store manager and he's a dick. He probably acts like that because his definitely doesn't work anymore with the way he talks to people. They both talk condescending and rude to you like you're some idiot. They even treat their fellow employees like shit. The rest of the staff seem ok but I avoid them since those 2 are jerks. read more

I am so sick and tired of shopping at Costco. Their produce snowflake sucks. I don't know who does their buying but whomever it is should be fired. I am tired of returning to the store to return rotten fruit. Also their eggs are never large they are medium at best. They have some good cashier's but by and large the employees there rarely have time/desire to help. It used to be pretty easy find some good deals to make it worth while shopping there but they are getting fewer and farther apart. If you do your homework and really compare prices in sure you'll come to the same conclusion. Now that I've written it, I guess I'll be cutting up my card. read more

I had the BEST experience at the Tire Installation Center today! So, I'm going on a road trip very soon, and I went to my local shop to get my car checked out. Turns out my front two tires were completely bald! My bad. I'm not great about checking up on things like that, even though I had noticed that my mileage didn't seem to be so great. So, I went online and ordered my tires, and they were sent to the Costco warehouse of my choice. I guess they don't normally carry the tires that go on my car. The tires arrived within a week, and I arrived at the Costco shortly after opening time on a Saturday morning (since it's first come, first serve). As the mechanic is checking my order, he asks me if I have the wheel lock keys for my wheel locks. Oh, crap! I say. Because... it's been a while since I've had new tires installed on my car, and the wheel lock keys are in my glove box, which was unfortunately stuck and had been for quite a while. Crap! A few years ago, I asked the Honda service department to give me an estimate on opening the glove box. They gave me some ridiculously high estimate, so I said, no, I'll deal with it later. And, now is later. So, I explain all this to the mechanic, and he says, well, let's try it. I say, okay, hand over my keys, and go hang out in the food court. The minutes pass by and I'm thinking... did they do it? Did they get the glove box open??? And about 30 minutes later, I get a call on my cell phone, and the mechanic says, "Your tires are installed, and your car is ready." Hooray! When I went to get my keys, the mechanic said that the glove box was a little sticky, but somehow they got it to open! I am so thankful. They totally made my day!!! :) read more

This is my default store... that is until summer of 2012, when they open the ann arbor store... I feel like this place is little smaller then the one located on Haggerty, but Costco is Costco. There is one thing I do ask.... please put all items at every store in the same locations, so I don't have to relearn where things are!!! If you don't mind the hordes of screaming kids, greasy adults shoving cheap pizza in their face, and rude cart-pushers; a visit is worth the savings, if you shop wisely. They have the best pineapple. Cheapest dog food. (with good ingredients) - I buy my Labs Purina One and the Costco label has the exact same ingredients, is $4 cheaper, plus 6 pounds more. If you do a lot of cooking at home and need a quick gravy mix, you can only get the large McCormick powdered graxy mix, here. Good stuff! I can't find this stuff anywhere else and am thankful I don't have to tag along on my girlfriend's Sam's club membership to get their stuff, now that Costco carries, Brown, pepper, and poultry gravy mix. Silly to be excited over gravy mix but try it. You will see. The clothing says Adidas, but it's cheap and not worth the $. I can't wait until the new Costco opens in Ann Arbor. Very busy location ever going in after being open for 20 minutes. Had the same items that I was used to at the other location. A little different setup but still worked and found what I needed to. Great selection of quality items. I have never had trouble finding someone to assist me or answer questions. This location does get quite busy on the weekends, however they work hard to get you through the line quickly. Costco return policy is excellent. I haven't been in a Costco in ages, only associating them with Idiocracy. However, I recently took a jaunt to a local Costco with my mom while on a holiday trip home. She was all jazzed about the fact that you can get eyeglasses for a fraction of the price at a Costco. I was certain that they'd have a fug selection, and was instead very impressed by the good selection of trendy, designer brands that they were selling for an average of $59.99 a pair. Seriously! I don't know about you, but I usually dread getting a new pair, because I spend upwards of $450, at least at an optometrist's office. They also offer eye exams and take insurance. We then wandered around, I was able to find my favorite Menage A Trois wine for only $8 and we proceeded to try out every couch in the place. They were all comfortable, and a great deal. Good experience, and while I would not go there for little things, because it's basically its own state, it's a good place to buy in bulk when you need to do so. read more

Costco is ok, I still don't like the fact that they check your receipt at the door. It's so lame, because there is no way they actually look at everything in the cart. That being said, there is a lot to like about this Costco. First, it's new. So everything is in tip top shape. Second, you can get tons of stuff really cheap. Take coffee. I like starbucks brewed at home. If you buy the Costco brand of coffee, it's actually the same beans roasted by Starbucks, but without the starbucks price. Like many of the other big box stores, a Costco, is a Costco, is a Costco. They have a large selection of bulk products that usually can be purchased at discount. However, beware, many times the discounts aren't terribly good. Make sure to look at the price per pound for meat, fruit, and vegetables. Sometimes local supermarkets have better prices. However, for the packaged goods and durables, it is hard to beat the Costco prices. read more

Ordered a tv stand fireplace for $899 and had the worst experience. They said they would arrive at 1-3 and came at 630 with no notification that they would be late. We tried to contact customer service and they basically told us it's not there problem and we just have to wait with no ETA available. I would never order again and will be telling everyone I know not to use them . I will be posting this on Facebook as well as instagram and google. We just wanted a little information and everyone acted like it was our fault for taking work off a and waiting ... on top of them coming 3 hours late the "movers" just took it off the truck and set it in the house . We asked if they would put it in place since that's what we paid for on the website . They said "we don't do that" if anything is damaged or not working it's on us to figure it out...on e I called Costco direct they said that sorry it's not their fault and nothing they can do???!!!! Costco as a whole is an amazing place where you can buy your toilet paper in bulk, pick out an engagement ring, buy your stamps, print your pictures, fill your prescriptions, and get an eye exam all while eating samples from the ever so friendly staff. That being said it can be overwhelmingly busy on the weekends with long lines. I wouldn't recommend trying to swing through for one or two things. It always seems like I have to do multiple laps around the store before I found everything I came for. Bulk items, like four loafs of bread is not always practical for a household of two. This Costco is one of my favorite. It has gas which is awesome and always cheaper then street gas stations. Staff is always super nice and helpful. read more

I love our Costco! The pharmacy is great! I have quite a few scrips and they take good care of me there. It used to be a long wait to pick up my scrips but they have hired some new Pharmacy Techs and that has helped to speed things up. Many of the techs that have been there for quite a while, know customers by name and that is really nice. I still wish it didn't take 20 minutes to get a scrip filled but I understand that things have to be done correctly and checked carefully. It is a very busy pharmacy. read more

We shop at Costco quite often, and have always been happy with the products we buy. Yesterday, however, I bought the 4 lb. container of Kiwis, and when I got it home, only 3 of the 14 kiwis were not over-ripe or rotten. This is very disappointing, and obviously I can't take them back because they were mush by the time I checked each one. I would hope Costco does a better job in the future of making sure their produce is fresh! read more

I'm not a fan of the debit or amex only policy and I was definitely incovenienced when I tossed my receipt in the garbage on the way out (it had been a while and I'm used to doing this at all other retailers) and instead of just getting the OK by the door guard (yes they do guard the doors) was forced to go to management to have another copy of the receipt printed out. Admittedly I had not shaved that day and looked a little scraggly, but a pretty crappy move for a company that claims to be all about customer service. read more

Oh, Costco, how I love thee. Many trips have been made to this location, and it's the best of any I've been to...and I've been to many. It's clean, most workers are friendly and helpful. They have a great wine selection, nothing beats the sheetcake prices. Their meat and bakery prices are very good, and even their vegetable cooler section.
