They are closing their windows and told me, "we are closed for lunch." Their lunch break is scheduled from 1:30pm-2pm. Not starting at 1:28pm. They are typically very good about filling prescriptions, but this time is just inconvenient. They basically didn't serve me because they were two minutes away from their lunch break. Work until 1:30pm like all the signs say. I drove ALL the way to the Walgreens, didn't get my scripts filled (trip #1). Now I will have to drive back soon to drop off my scripts (trip #2) Then I will have to drive ALL the way back to pick-up my filled scripts (trip #3). Very inconvenient and disappointing to say the least. I have other errands to do today and this ultimately messes up my schedule. Enjoy your lunch break!

I told him I was there to pick up a prescription and he gives me a judgmental look and says "annnndddd?" that threw me off so I just said for Caitlin. Donna offered creative solutions to find the information, tried everything in their database, and finally, I was able to coordinate a fax between the usual pharmacy and this Rite Aid. Donna and Sylvia worked to input all necessary information ahead of check out, so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. Those two professionals treated me with kindness and respect, appreciating my dilemma. THANK YOU DONNA and SYLVIA for being you, and treating your customers so well. I'm very grateful to you both.
