The blonde female associate was rude and made a smart comment about the cord being plugged in backward. I often have to wait several days to a week to resolve issues in filling a prescription that no other pharmacy has ever had. There is never any accountability taken on behalf of CVS, even when I make proactive attempts to resolve the issue. It is always the fault of the doctor's office, even when they can prove otherwise. I am done receiving inept, rude, and condescending customer service. The inconvenience of wasted time, energy, and the side effects from missing doses of critical prescriptions has gone on long enough, I am pulling all of my business.
