The location was convenient, though, so I called 'em up. The first thing you'll notice about this office is that you've probably never noticed it before. I spent all of my childhood and most of my adult life carousing around Davison, and when I got the address to Harris Eye Care I had to use Google Street view to figure out where it was located. Turns out the office is a little unassuming red house sandwiched between the Hungry Howie's / Dry Cleaning plaza and Arby's, right off of M-15. Prime location for Davison residents! The office may be small, but the space inside is used pretty well. The front desk women are great -- very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only are they scheduling wizards, but I also witnessed them attempting to fix the screen door and tackling various insurance issues, all the while juggling an impressive volume of phone calls and walk ins. Even more impressive: when I was waiting to see the doctor's assistant, Dr. Harris himself came out into the waiting room to go over my new patient paperwork. He's friendly and very personable, and I really appreciated the extra few minutes of pre-appointment introduction that he made a point to do. After the exam, he explained all kinds of options for contact fittings and gave me samples to try out at home.

Being naive I believed them and came back at a later date when a friend helped me realize this is ridiculous. So they price matched an online contact store and I got six more boxes for fifteen extra dollars... I came back two years later because of their price matching and they continue to lie about the recommended time for wearing acuvue oasis and acted as if fifty dollars per box was the best deal I was going to get anywhere. They will still price match but I refuse to order my contacts here because of the deceit.

He made a snarky remark about who would clean the lense and she said she would. He huffed and with an attitude cleaned the lense himself. I get that she touched your expensive machine with one finger and the lense is impacted but the remark to make her feel bad about her eye exam and curiosity was not needed. I will be taking her to a less hole in the wall kind of place next time. The eye doctor was the meanest one. She's 8!
