I get all the same meds each month and each month I have to go out of my way and call and make sure my meds are refilled and are going to be on time and each month they are NOT. They don't have a online portal to check for yourself and the whole thing is inconvenient and annoying because they never are ready unless I call and tell them..every single month. I've stayed cuz I loved the previous owners/workers and how smooth and easy everything was but now I'm considering switching pharmacy's. The whole thing is just annoying.

I admit it takes an extra five minutes a month to go here but they have alerted my to coupons and discount codes that have saved me hundreds of dollars- maybe even thousands. They answer my questions politely and track down doctors when a refill is needed.

I thought they had higher standards for their employees. I was told over the phone that my script was done but my insurance (BCBS) wouldn't pay for it. I responded with ok, I have a manufacturer coupon and I'll pay out of pocket. Trevor was like .... Ok (attitude!) you're not going to like the price. I asked why he was being rude and he told me because he didn't care about his job and that he was quitting anyhow so report him for all he cares!. I'm fine with the price, I just need the meds. Anyhow, I left for the store and 20 minutes later was told that they didn't have the script and I'd have to go to Brighton now to get it. (This was 10 minutes before they closed!) Long story short...... the staff are miserable!

Because I have a…read morecomplicated medical history I was considering just driving to my current pharmacy rather than change and potentially have a problem with my medication. The pharmacists and techs have been so great to work with! Of course there have been some cranky techs from time to time but they usually don't last long. I get great service both over the phone and in person. Of course they do run longer getting scrips filled when they get busy, I always tell them when I need something quickly or when I'm in no hurry so others that need their medication sooner don't need to wait. That's something that would make a big difference in everyone getting urgent fills faster. Because my medications do change and are not easy to come by I have been really impressed with this team and the respect they give me, kindness and caring care. It sounds silly but it really means a lot to me. It's hard enough having a chronic illness, when people do their best to help and make something easier it stands out. Beyond the staff itself, there is one cross to bare and that is Central Fill. For my monthly maintenance medication I don't mind at all having refills come two days later from a fill center. I can plan for that and refill early enough to not have a problem. When my doc sends a new med electronically and it goes directly to Central Fill, the pharmacist never even sees it. Most often it is prescribed because they want the patient to start taking it immediately! Waiting 2/3 days is so frustrating... the pharmacy will always fill it on the spot if ask but that is one reason they get backed up and you have to wait, nobody likes that. I know they save $$ doing it this way but there are appropriate uses and it isn't for new scripts! Overall, in Hartland this is my number 1 choice. My second is CVS on the corner of 23/59. They have great service too.

She had to be taken to the ER, which was a horrible experience. They basically told her to splint her leg and ice it. Couldn't say anything else. So we made an appointment here soon afterwards. Within the first few minutes of having her in one of the rooms, Jessica figured out that she has an MCL tear, and possibly a meniscus tear or ACL tear (pending MRI confirmation). We got an MRI at another facility that they made an appointment for, and now we are just waiting to hear the results of that. Update: We got the MRI results and her ACL is torn! So she needs surgery. The Core Institute is also helping us out with this, as well as helping fit my wife for a better brace to be used post-surgery.

I'm a medical professional and after doctors told everyone that this 87-year-old woman would never walk again, this place got her up and walking. She had been paralyzed from the neck down. Also, people actually seem to happy to be working here and not overwhelmed. I never saw residents so happy before and I've had many clients at many different facilities. They had a lot of activities for the clients to do as well for everybody no matter what level they were. Nobody got to just stay in their rooms! They had things I had never seen or even heard of being offered anywhere else. They are also very kind and professional and grateful to any outside help that came in whether the family hired the person or they were just there volunteering. Other facilities have been very hostile. They also encourage religious beliefs here where other places even so-called religious places are actually very hostile towards anything religious. People are also humble here they are not so full of themselves. I'm glad to see that the prices have come down some it was $10,000/mo for my patient and family still needed to hire me but of course she was for lack of a better way of putting it, a very unusual type of patient in addition to being paralyzed from the neck down. She was great though And it was my honor to be able to assist her. I'm a hard one to impress in this place did it.

Doctors and nurses explain things to you in a very understandable way. The therapists are extremely competent. They work hard to help you reach your goals. The food is spectacular. I met with Kevin a physical therapist and described the pain and difficult walking. He listened asked questions and recommended starting with lower back stretches working the lower spinal column disks. We progressed with several stretches and strength exercises. Within three weeks the pain was completely gone. The quality of care was excellent. Everyone from the office secretary to therapy staff were very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend them for physical therapy.

Dr Tait was examining my eye and something hit my eye and I turned my head away. 9-1-21 Checkup - My eye doesn't better and I was told it will take 3-5 weeks to heal. 9-8-21 Checkup - No improvement. I asked Dr Tait if he thought it was because when something hit my eye. He said no. 9-15-21 no improvement. 9-22-21 Dr Tait said your eye is healed. I had some questions. We would talk about them next time. 10-13-21 Dr Tait said IT IS ALL IN YOUR HEAD I went several eye Dr and I have a macular wrinkle and there is nothing can be done about that. Pretty good experience, nice new office, staff friendly, you…read morefill out the paperwork in advance however, there is no need to provide full medical background or hereditary information, this is a eye exam not a physical exam. After the office visit and for anyone new, please do not provide any issues unless absolutely necessary, cause they run with it. Had my exam, the dilation lasted about 6 hours after my visit, I had dr Connolly - he was exceptional in diagnosing my cataracts which to me are not that severe yet. However --- for everyone who has a cataract, their strong recommendation is for surgery and doing it as soon as possible. After our exam and prescriptions were provided, they sent us over to an area to schedule our surgery, unknown to us. We were just looking for information about it. First of all, I have been to 2 other doctor offices for my eyes, none pushed surgery, but this place does, there were people ahead of us and after us. The woman who schedules the surgery was very pushy and that to me is unacceptable. So while the staff was very friendly (with the exception of the woman who schedules the surgery) and the exam was exceptional, I had to lower my rating from a 4 star to a 3 since the surgery part was pushed. We are not getting any surgery at this time.
