I get all the same meds each month and each month I have to go out of my way and call and make sure my meds are refilled and are going to be on time and each month they are NOT. They don't have a online portal to check for yourself and the whole thing is inconvenient and annoying because they never are ready unless I call and tell them..every single month. I've stayed cuz I loved the previous owners/workers and how smooth and easy everything was but now I'm considering switching pharmacy's. The whole thing is just annoying.

I admit it takes an extra five minutes a month to go here but they have alerted my to coupons and discount codes that have saved me hundreds of dollars- maybe even thousands. They answer my questions politely and track down doctors when a refill is needed.

I told him I was there to pick up a prescription and he gives me a judgmental look and says "annnndddd?" that threw me off so I just said for Caitlin. He then proceeded to roll his hands at me instead of just asking what my last name is. I work in healthcare and thats on him to ask me and lead the interaction between us. I wasn't able to pick it up the day the medicine arrived because I was working and my fiancé made it there too late. he had the audacity to ask if I got the text the day prior and that I was suppose to pick it up right away. What a jerk. I'll never go back and hope no one else does.

The service has always been great and they always ask if I want to talk with the pharmacist or have any questions. What I love is there genuine about the question. Baldwin Pharmacy also has a well stocked over the counter section and reasonable prices. Lots of staff on hand to keep things moving so really I haven't had a long wait time either. The building they're in also has doctors offices, quest labs for blood work, radiology department and a central waiting area for elderly pick up and drop off. They have a pull up area and a side entry to the pharmacy for quick pickup or drop-off. Nice parking lot to accommodate a quick in and out. I've enjoyed this pharmacy and I think you'll love them as well.
