I experience strong medical racism, discrimination and retaliation. I have several life threatening illnesses and have been left without proper treatment and in many cases without treatment at all. If not for his part in my health care journey ,I would have had less faith and strength in my ability to fight against this crime against humanity. Crime against my person. Thanks to all the staff. I Dropped off an RX days ago and requested refills of all medication before the EOY. I called today to find out why I haven't received any notice that anything is ready. Turns out, the person working at the time didn't complete ANY of the requested orders, so nothing was done until today when I called up there. As Hugh became volatile, I asked to speak with someone else who wasn't him, and he refused, but he also refused to give me back my prescriptions. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. Luckily I was able to have someone obtain my emergency inhaler, but he is truly sick and should not be providing any type of medical service. I filed a complaint with CVS but will also be filing one with the state of Michigan. Go literally anywhere else!

I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

I am extremely angry and frustrated about my experience at the CVS on Walton with the store manager…read moreAhmed. I picked up two boxes of L'Oreal hair dye because there was clearly a sign saying the second one was $6 off. At checkout, Ahmed suddenly claimed there was no promotion. First he said he never saw the sign. Then after he went to "check," the sign magically disappeared. After that, he kept changing his story, saying maybe it blew away, then later admitting the promotion had expired the day before. The issue is not the $6. The issue is the dishonesty. Instead of simply admitting the expired sign was left up by mistake, he kept making excuses and acting like I was making it up. "Buy one get one $6 off" is NOT the same as "come back another day for $6 off." I already paid and do not want to return to deal with this nonsense again. 0 star for Ahmed's shitty service and dishonest, giving 1 star just for saving this comment.

The Pharmacist and assistants have always been friendly and very helpful when I am looking for something in the store or comparing several choices. The drive up window is very convenient to drop off a prescription and get an estimate for how long it may take for them to fill the order. You can then drive off and take care of other errands and they will call you when it is ready. If you have the prescription called in by your doctor, it will likely be complete and ready for pick up by the time you arrive. The hours are fairly convenient to accommodate your busy schedule.
