The staff are knowledgeable, competent and friendly as well as very helpful. Last month we hadn't received a prescription we were expecting by mail that never showed up due to an error in ordering and our regular pharmacy didn't have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did but my wife had been independently checking around and had it already filled at a different Henry Ford Pharmacy. When I called back here to tell them thanks but we already found it, they were very pleasant about it and said they were happy we got it.

The pharmacists here are professional and caring.  They ask all the right and required questions.  They provide meaningful and important information in a pleasant, concise and understandable fashion.   They are honest and dependable.  The shop is kept neat and clean at all times.  There is a comfortable bench (if you like wire benches) located conveniently in the middle of the department.  This is not only good for a rest but the occasional (short) wait and is especially helpful if you've brought along young children.  It gives them a place to congregate if not sit down and allows the parent to keep a watchful eye on them. Keep them close! Report any suspicious behavior! Good health to you!

If you're looking for a pharmacy that takes it to the next level, especially when it comes to…read morefilling prescriptions for your pet, then Clark Professional Pharmacy is the place for you. They are one of a handful of compounding pharmacies in the Washtenaw County area. While a retail pharmacy is a one-size-fits-all, compounding pharmacies like Clark, take an individual approach to medicine. They create medicine using base ingredients, which allows for greater flexibility in administrating specialty medication(s) to your pet. The staff at Clark Professional Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are unsure about how to administer medication to your pet, they will take time to explain it to you, and answer any questions that you might have. The part I like is that it's easy to obtain prescription refills by using their automated phone system, especially during their off hours. So if you need specialty medication for your pet or natural supplements for yourself, Clark's the place for you.

Very unprofessional, rude and lacks compassion. I have a problem getting my medication in time,…read moreevery time. It is usually due to UPS, I get that. The fact that Clark Unproffesional Pharmacy cannot wrap thier minds around the fact that the shipper has to request a refund from UPS just blows my mind. When i was trying to explain to her that I paid for a service, I did not recieve this service and I am owed my shipping fee back, the VICE PRESIDENT of operations hung up on me. Not a good look at all. After iver a year of giving them a chance, I am done after speaking with the VP of operations. There are a lot of similar reviews of people having issues with the rude, unprofessional, employees. I can relate with them all and believe them all to be true. Then they were struggling to find the medication. My doctor sent in a 3 months script for refills to avoid this happening. I'm assuming I'm just being blacklisted by them because they are made I've been making complaints about receiving my medication and the correct amount. My doctor told me if this happened again after sending in a 3 months script in advance, giving them ample time to order and get the meds in, to let him know. The office keeps a list of pharmacies that patients struggle getting their meds through. So sadly I'm going to have to let him know to add arbor lakes to that list. All other pharmacies are telling me they have no issues currently finding my meds. Not sure why arbor lakes struggles. I've done nothing wrong in my behalf!

I hate to post a negative review about this pharmacy because I used to LOVE it a few years ago, but…read moreit has gone downhill to the point where I've now switched back to the dreaded Walgreens. I loved having a wonderful small pharmacy option so I hope they can get it together and go back to how they used to be. I have a few big problems with AA Pharmacy and they keep being an issue lately, unfortunately. First, they have a major issue with what they leave out spread across their counter. The last three times I was there, there were prescriptions with names of the person and names of the medicine in bags sitting right out on the same counter where you pay. Not only could I see confidential info, including about one person I knew, I also could have just taken some of the bags had I wanted to. It's so odd and they don't seem to care that confidential info is just cascading out on the same countertops where people are checking out. It seems so disorganized and careless now, which is disconcerting when I'm trusting them to manage medications for my family. Second, in the beginning, the pharmacist was always there and he was so friendly and helpful -- now there are several rude and/or inattentive people who will finish eating their sandwich before coming over to help people waiting at the register. If you have a question for a pharmacist, there often is not one there. If I ask when one will be there, they often aren't sure. I assume the prescriptions are still reviewed by a pharmacist (?!), but I have had two recent ones where they gave me the wrong amount, and both times they barely seemed to care. I'm not surprised to see all the good reviews from them are at least a year old. Sadly, the whole feeling there has changed so much and it's a huge disappointment. I've transferred away from them as of this week but I hope they improve!
